I got great response while booking tickets to India using My Air Ticket. Maitrika Prasad worked with me and he was very helpful. He got me lowest fare compared to all others and also when my plan changed it was super easy to cancel flights as Maitrika made sure tickets could be cancelled within 24hrs with minimum penalty.
