Love them! Always speedy, the providers are compassionate and very knowledgeable. Staff is always friendly and willing to make me comfortable when I'm not feeling my best. Best urgent care facility. The building is brand new and has a very nice facility. The doctors and nurses and efficient and friendly.

I felt very welcome by the staff. My visit was quick and painless - over all the best urgent care I've been to. They sent my prescription over right away and I was able to pick it up on my way home. Only downside was that parking wasn't available during my visit.Good job guys, I called and got an appointment right away.Service was good and very fast, between calling for an appointment, seeing the nurse and a doc it was within 50 minutes.

DIC is clean, art work amazing, music great. I have to say this was the best experience! I work with many families who have any health needs and I often refer them to the DIC to obtain a better understanding of their illness. Doctors are expert and patience in finding the right med combination. Additionally, they are very caring and compassionate who is willing to work with his patients in a very methodical and successful manner. I would not hesitate going to DIC if you need help in diagnosing and treating any health anxiety for a better quality of life. Incredible resource for brain, body and increased life health. Friendly and very helpful staff here! Register online before you come and try to make an appointment so you don't waste your time. The doctor was great. I felt like she really cared and listened to what I had to say. She wanted me to get the most out of my visit instead of rushing me out the door appointment. I was in Naperville on vacation and became miserably sick with a sinus infection. I called to make sure they were open on Easter. I was able make an appointment for within the hour. I received excellent care and understanding. Thank you for saving my vacation.

This past Tuesday I was at the DIC IN Naperville,IL. I was so impressed by the cleanliness and promptness but by far, most of all; I was impressed by the patient care.
The health provider was also prompt, courteous and thorough. I have never had such a good experience at DIC. And they even called me to check on me to follow up.
I went there for a physical exam for immigration purposes. The exam was easy to schedule, tests were done in a timely manner and I was given all the necessary paperwork needed by USCIS - all within a week's time.

I went to the DIC last week Monday and my experience at this clinic was great. I got an appointment right away. I thought this place was better than any immediate Care. Doctor’s was extremely helpful and got me the medication I needed to get better. Staff was so friendly. I called and made an appointment prior to going. Their online appointment making system actually works. You can make a same day appt online and show up and they are ready for you.
I would recommend anyone to go here because it is much faster than waiting for a immediate Care appointment.

The waiting room was empty when I arrived around 15:00 on Monday. I was checked in immediately after filling out my paperwork, I get earwax buildup to the point where I absolutely cannot hear at all and so have to periodically go to get it flushed out. The people that worked with me today got both sides done in about five minutes and it was very comfortable. and the MD walked into the room right after I did. I was incredibly appreciative of the brevity of the experience I had. Doc called in my prescription right after I left, and I was able to grab it on the way home. Overall, I would go here again, their website check-in feature is invaluable I think!

I never thought that I can experience such a happy and great injection. I didn't feel any painful at all. The nurse is so nice and patient to answer all my questions clearly. He used some Chinese words to explain some medical terms which enable me to get a better understanding about the vaccination. He is so humorous that remove my worry about the injection!

Our family has been visiting DIC since 2 years for as long as I can remember. We love Doctors and physicians he always treats us like belong to there own family and truly cares for their well-being. Their office is very accommodating we're seen in a very timely manner. Even though I now live in Columbia I recommend DIC to everyone I know.

Never had a bad or questionable experience here. The environment is clean and the service is quick. Everyone is patient and kind. I had a great experience there despite feeling sick. I highly recommend this Doctors Immediate Care in Naperville.

I was bearing in mind going to DIC .These guys are marvelous. The receptionist said me to wait for only 10 min and I got into Doctors room for check up I was there for less than 25 minutes for a really low blood pressure . Doctors were friendly and concerned. Have gone many times, very pleasant at the reception and very sophisticated .So far excellent!!

I took my Daughter yesterday and they were overwhelming. She was suffering with high temperature and cold and the staff in DIC was awesome I really appreciate and so thankful for the amazing people that work there. I am very happy they treat nice, Especially Dr.Nazneen she was very friendly I am very much thankful to her. And I have waited for only 30min.

This place is top notch! My experience wasn't like most doctors office where everything was old and everyone hates their jobs.
But here in DIC clinic Very little wait time for the nurse practitioner. She was understanding and courteous and friendly. This clinic was clean, modern, and everyone was actually happy to be working there! I will only go to this place in the future.

I was considering going to one of the urgent cares further from my house because of the reviews and I’m glad I didn't. These guys are amazing. The receptionist said they weren't terribly busy, but you could tell she really well-organized anyway. I was there for less than 45 minutes for a really sore cough. Dr. Nazneen was friendly and concerned about what's been going on for the last month, didn't want to put me on a third round of antibiotics, and gave me a couple of options on a Saturday night for dealing with this given a 6 am flight on Friday.
Have gone twice, very nice at the desk and very knowledgeable and helpful in the rooms. So far excellent!!

After Stepping in Doctors Immediate Care I walked to the desk, the staff was lovely and quick took my details and asked me to take a seat. I waited less than half an hour before being seen to by a nurse they were friendly and very helpful. The whole service I received was quick and very helpful. Staff and Physician were marvelous.

My Daughter has been having stomach troubles for several years and we decided to finally get it figured out! Doctors Immediate Care is top notch healthcare, research and patient care. I rarely commit to thing without a personal reference which I had with the same praise I have for Doctors Immediate Care. Not only are they highly advanced, but also very professional and an amazing attention to detail.
