PDQ Taxi Service

The female dispatcher was very rude even resorted to calling me names. The driver wasn't much different he asked if I had enough money for a cab. I gave pdq over $100 last week and they will never get another penny of mine. There are much better choices out there.

I have enjoyed being picked up by them many times. Yes they can have problems at times. They are still the lowest price of most of them.

I would not ever use this co.after a 2 hour wait for them to pick me up from the hospital, I had to go on 2 other pick ups dropoffs. .they suck do not take them you can walk faster worst cab service in the world. .a complete fail no stars

ZERO Stars!!! I have used PDQ Taxi several times and literally every single time they take at least an hour and a half. Also the customer service is horrible. They are very amateur as if this was ran by a couple of idiots who don't know how to run a business. I can't even express my dissatisfaction with PDQ. Put them out of business immediately.

Wish i could give zero stars The customer service sucks the cabs are unsafe their drivers talk and text on their phones while driving most even smoke when its against the law. The dispatcher sits in the office sleeping while one either drinks while he's there and to top it all off they rip off their drivers lie about how much they are getting and lie about tax papers because they are that unprofessional.

I hate this taxi service..not worth the call or the money..I'd rather walk till my feet bleed. They also lie alot about when they pick you up. just horrible.

There is no reason to use PDQ Taxi. I waited 1 hour 45 minutes for a taxi. After it arrived I was driven around Muncie to ghost rides and had to sit through 3 other pick ups and deliveries. After 49 minutes I finally arrived at my destination (which was only 6 miles from my starting point), I should have just walked; sub zero temps and all. I am forced to give a rating. I would prefer to give negative stars, but that is not an option.

PDQ TAXI them funky smelling Taxis.... N had the nerve to charge $1 per minute in waiting time as if i were told this Wth u better know i ain't the one for Crazy Mess this cab i called ONLY because my car has been broken down for a minute but u better know i will not be calling em again unless i have to go to ball n hav ABSOLUTELY NO OTHER WAY very unprofessional but i guess thats why they are the taxi place huh smdh

This cab company is the worst. Freaking joke. I had to wait 3 hours with the original wait time 30-45 mins, after calling ever half hour past the original time, promises of being there in 10-15 mins or we are sending someone now, the can never came, then I called back the last time the dispatch told me oops didn't know you had not been picked up, like really? Then to deal with attitude the entire time from dispatch. Will never use again! Don't waste your time,energy,and money!

These guys are a bunch of crooks! Don't use them worst cab company on the planet. I'll never use these guys again. Hey PDQ take your $25 fee for folding one seat down and shove it!

I wish I didn't have to give them any stars. As a bartender I've always referred them to customers but tonight three of their employees were equally rude. Even the owner. If they don't believe in customer service regardless of the fact it is their job then call cardinal taxi. Way better customer service. It doesn't matter if I call you at eight p.m. Or three to help my customers out. Customer service is your job and if you want to be rude then ill do whatever I can to make sure no one uses your services.

they are the worse company there is in muncie, flipping people off taking multiple people at once even letting small children sit on parents laps....

The absolute worst. The telephone etiquette is reprehensible. I have waited hours... repeatedly. Lied to that they will be there in ten minutes... only to wait an hour more. Wholly unprofessional. They deserve no respect, and even less business. They should, in fact, pay people to use their service... little emphasis on the word 'service'. You should be ashamed of yourself and your smelly van.

Stood waiting for three hours for a ride home to get my medication. They kept saying ten minutes, then just dropped my calls. Almost died waiting.

I wish I could give a 0. They gave me a 15 minute estimate. It's been over an hour and I'm still waiting. I missed my appointment. I keep calling to check on them and I have to KEEP GIVING THEM DIRECTIONS TO MY HOUSE. unbelievable. Call anybody but pdq.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! This company has done nothing but let me down. They say they're on their way and 45 minutes later nothing! When you call to make sure they havent forgot about you they say you are next on the list. Another hour and fifteen minutes go by and still nothing!!!! This place is full of long waits and rude drivers. I have nothing nice to say about this company and I have used them multiple times hoping that I have just had a rare bad driver but no, they are ALL AWFUL!!! DO NOT CALL THEM

On my second hour now waiting for a cab...I have heard 15 min, 5-10 min, less than 5 min....and when I call to inquire, it seems to be an imposition...can't rely on this company. CALL MR. NICE GUY (765) 278-9855

Sometimes the wait is long, but overall I think the men drivers are very nice. I have had one woman driver who about got into a wreck several times & smoked on a 4 block trip.
