Mr. Nice Guy Taxi Service

There have been multiple times that my friends or I have tried calling them to come take us somewhere, and they never seem to answer their phone. If you want service, it'd make sense to answer your freaking phone when a customer calls.

I called the night before a scheduled a pick up for in the morning so I could get my daughter to school. They verified the time said it would be no problem & that they would be there. That next morning they never showed up! I ended up having to call PDQ taxi to get her to school & she was late because of their professionalism! I refuse to ever use their service again after that!

Muncie finally has a taxi service that you can count on. I called to have my daughter picked up from work, and they were there when I asked. They even waited until my daughter got in the door. Cannot not ask for anything more. Thanks for a good job.

I've used this service several times and have had a great experience except for one time on Oct. 13th. I had them pick our bachelor party up from downtown Muncie. Even though I told them on the phone that their were 6 of us they sent a small car, so I had them take myself and two others back to my house which was $8.00, but gave the driver a $20 because he said he would go back downtown and get them, but never did. I won't let this one back experience stop me from using them though.

The business owner/driver Ty is friendly, expedient, and charges only $5 per ride. The car which I rode in was clean and orderly. Compared to disasterous experience that I've had with Pdq and others, I am very glad to have been suggested this service by the Salvation Army guy at Wal-Mart.

All the drivers are very nice

this company isnt too bad they just need to stay open longer.
