I have used Express Ride a few times and I am impressed with their professionalism, their clean rides and their promptness. I would definitely recommend them.

I like them until I start the phone goes to voice mail saying busy with other customers after 30 minutes.hire someone who will pick up the phone after calling 1hr plus.

I use this cab alot and this morning I was told 2 1/2 hour ago that the cab would be here in 45 mins still now cab is here and I feel as though if I should receive my refund because I did a round trip paid my money and still did not catch my family to get my house keys before they left for two weeks.

Got a nice ride back from the ER following a car accident. I did wait a half hour but I don't think that was a real problem. The silver SUV was very clean and the driver was very pleasant. My ride to the ER with PDQ Taxi was horrible.

Extremely unprofessional. I called over an hour ago and was told my driver would be here in 30 minutes. I normally have no issues with this company but after about 45 minutes i called to check on the taxi to see if it was almost here. The woman on the phone told me shed call the driver to check. She never called me back so after about an hour of waiting I called to see if she spoke to the driver. She said they would be there in 5 minutes, laughed and then hung up. It has been an hour and 20 minutes and they called me back and hung up. Im extremely disappointed.

Very friendly!! Very prompt!! Also clean, and our driver was very pleasant. Will definitely be using this service in the future.

This is the best transportation provider in the Muncie area hands down! They are always on time, and very professional and courteous. Their cars are always nice and clean as well and I love the fact that I don't have to share my ride with someone else. Do yourself a favor and give them a call anytime you're in the area.

I recently used Express Ride while in town for business, and I must say they are one of the most courteous and professional taxi services that I have ever used. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Muncie area.
