Courtyard At Nautica

Thank god I dont live here anymore and can be open. I loved my neighbors, that is it. DO NOT BUY here. the building shakes btw 9-5 mon through friday once a day because of the salt mine blasting. HOA is not concerned at all and say they are not liable, home insurance does not cover foundation, and the mines were there PRIOR to building so they are not responsible. Several of my neighbors in my new city moved from Miramar after their home was destroyed by foundation problems. second problem are the snakes. they are everywhere and the hoa does nothing. I have a friend in next neighborhood over that lost her leg from a water moccosin. Third, the hoa is incompetent at best. they are unprofessional and charged me $300 for the dog I had and gave me a form that said registration fee was $100. Everytime I tried to inquire, I was yelled at, threatened by them, and even told they would physically assault me outside of the property. It is all on audio recording. Save your money it is a HELL HOLE
