My husband and I searched for a long time apartment to rent in Minnesota and now that I've been here more than six months, I can say I'm happy about our choice! you get great value for the price that you pay. The buildings are kept very clean and whatever you need is very close to this area. The amenities are TOP NOTCH, and management is VERY nice and react quickly to any issue I've ever had. The office staff are always available to help me with packages or questions. I want to note especially Amy Gonyea and Rena that are were very helpful and helped me in everything I asked for!! love living at cedar ridge !I will highly recommend this place for all!!

I have been renting this apartment for two years in Sela investments. I really love it, specally the care taker Marta. She is very helpful for resedents.

I've been living in a Sela building for 4 years. They've been very flexible with rental terms and they clean my carpet every year! There's always parking and any maintenance issues are always swiftly addressed. Actually the maintenance guy (John) is super super awesome. My dog likes him too.

The staff is fantastic and they are all very nice. They are easy to rent from and are very helpful when it comes to any issues that come up, which are very few and far between. I have rented through Sela for a few years now and have recommended them to a ton of people. They are the first people I think of when anyone is looking for an apartment to rent.

I have been living on Sela property for 2 years now. I have NEVER had a problem with maintenance, they are extremely punctual and courteous. I have had a few minor maintenance issues and they have been taken care of the same day of my calling or the very next morning.

The office staff, including Amy, are very helpful. I have found Amy to be very pleasant and caring for her tenants. My neighbors and myself had several issues with other neighbors in our building, the problems were taken care of in a timely manner by Amy and everything is back to status quo. My apartment is very nice with hardwood floors. The common areas of the buildig are maintained by a very nice lady that does a great job. I would recommend Sela to my friends.

Jon at Oakridge is fantastic! When he heard we were moving out he set up a cleaning appointment with us! With Jon and his cleaning expertise, it took only an hour and a half for us to clean our entire apartment from top to bottom! It was the best check out we've ever experienced the manager agreed that everything was "perfect!"
