If you want to live in the middle of the city with high walkability score and nearby everything you need then Sela investment apartment is the place to be.

She went to great lengths to help me with my problems. I have found her to be very hands on and cares a great deal about each and every one of her tenants.

My mom has lived at Oak Ridge for close to 2 years now. There's nothing I can complain about in regard to this property. The building is well maintained, always clean not to mention the caretaker John is always cheerful and helpful whenever any sort of issue arises.
I recently had the opportunity to speak to Amy (In the main office) in reference to renewing the lease and I found her a joy to speak with! She answered all the questions I had and made sure I knew if I needed anything or had any additional concerns to let her know. Great work to everyone!

Sela is a wonderful company to rent from. Beautiful properties and easy to work with staff who have always gone above and beyond to keep my family happy and comfortable as tenants.

Excellent properties! No reason I can think to complain about how they run things. I had been a tenant for a few months and had moved in on a stretch. They were so stress free, and I had such a nice transition into the apartment. The way they maintain the complex is professional, and their communication efforts are diligent. Staff is friendly, helpful, and caring.

To someone posting that minnetonka is unsafe , the police are there. That is actually a side road not on the property , it looks like a sobriety test, so number one that is a foolish, unintelligent person. Second of all Sela's properties are beautiful, same with the apartments. The staff is VERY friendly. Of course there are some bad eggs , as with any place you go ! They have 24/7 on call maintenance, any issues are always handled in a timely matter, as well as friendly. Sela is the only apartment company I would ever rent from . Amy the general manager , is the hardest worker , smartest lady I have ever met she is amazing ,I feel she is the one who makes SELA outstanding , and WONDERFUL !!!! Tina is outstanding as well!!!!! Another person said Amy pays for false reviews, completely bullshit, that guy is a fraud. I've had troubles at time through the past 5 yrs some months with being late etc, I always communicated with the office / Amy and they have always understood, and APPRECIATED MY HONESTY AND FOLLOWING THROUGH WITH ACTUALLY PAYING. I don't play games, neither does sela. Communicate and follow through with your promises of payments etc , and there will be no issues. Yes I've had my fair share of crap neighbors, but that's PEOPLE, not sela. Keep up the great work Sela and Miss Amy! I feel you would do WONDERFUL opening your own business. I decided to write on , because I had downloaded the yelp app to check out he reviews for my work , and decided to see Sela's. Shame there isn't more because Sela is truly wonderful.

I was floored last week when I received a letter from Sela saying they are keeping my deposit. I was bale to meet with Amy and Tina today and I will admit when I first got their I was defensive and knew that I would have to defend myself as I thought they would not listen and just wanted to take my money. I had a completely different experience. The ladies allowed me to vent and remained calm with me the entire time. We even came to agreement that I was ok with. This experience taught me that sometimes you just need to give people a chance to understand their position and vise versa. Amy and Tina are blessed ladies and really are sweethearts. It was a pleasure being able to meet with them today and again I didn't expect that at all. I would recommend anyone who has issues to work it out with Amy as she will certainly listen and hear you out. Really good ladies at heart!

They have been timely with maintenance requests, provided flyers for when building maintenance, snow plowing etc. was occurring and in general were very pleasant to work with. Paying the rent is simple, as are utilities.

I have lived at a Sela apartment for 14 years. I appreciate the service I receive and the property is well maintained. I enjoy working with Amy and her staff.
