Terrible front office staff. Very unprofessional and do not care about the fact that these are people pets.

I have been taking all eight of my rescues to them for the last four years and they have really gone down hill this past one. We had an emergency situation and were refused even though it was still during business hours. They only had one vet working. That's not my problem, there should be enough Doctors working. I have spent thousands of dollars with them, but no longer. I have found a much more professional provider. It sickens me that this practice has deteriorated as it has. I do wish Dr Chandler had her own practice she is an outstanding Doctor but I will not put up with mistreatment or rudeness/laziness from staff.

I also brought a new rescue who was severely underweight and had him tested for worms, which was negative. Once I checked it at home he was infested with them. What kind of test is this???

After Dr. Boyd left everything went downhill.

I have been taking my pets there for the past 10 years, and have always been happy with the way they treat my pets I would recommend them to anyone .Great Doctors

We took our 3 year old bull mastiff in to Dr Chandler for surgery on a tumor. She went far and above all she could do for our boy as we found out he had cancer. We lost our Loki but the staff, Dr Chandler and Dr Hill was so nice and sympathetic to our situation. And I thank them for that.

I found Tall City a few years ago and what a blessing that day was! I have used them every since once to save a rescue pup from parvo and they have actually had to do surgery on another one of my fur babies. Dr Boyd is the most caring compassionate vet that I have ever crossed paths with. his staff is well trained and very friendly .They have the cheapest rates I have found, as a single mom and 4 dog owner that is unfortunately the deciding factor in times of emergencies and Tall city has always been by far the best rates! I recommend them to everyone! My dogs don’t even fight going in the door they love the staff my dogs used to put the brakes on yelp whine bark fight going in any vet but they know they are loved and treated well have nothing to fear so now they prance in like going to grandmas

I am so thankful that I found Tall City Vet.Dr Boyd and his staff are wonderful.they really care about the animals that come to them..My dog Thumper has mass cell cancer and they really give her the best of care..I would not go anywhere else now that I found them.Everyone there is friendly and make you feel welcome.
