The staff are extremely RUDE & look like CRACKHEADS!
The place smells like smoke! It’s disgusting!
WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

My boyfriend and I needed to leave our Husky somewhere. The man opened the door for us, and told us to go inside. From the beginning the place was SKETCHY! We simply asked if we could see what the rooms kind of looked like because it was or first time leaving him anywhere. The supposedly woman “owner” came and started giving attitude saying we should have scheduled a tour (which we weren’t aware of & we were only passing by midland on our way to Mx). She then raised her voice saying we had “pissed off her husband” because we walked in there with our dog (even though he opened the door for us?”
My boyfriend started telling the woman to lower her voice, not to scream at him. Which made her more mad.
She then told us “YA’LL CAN TAKE YA’S DAMM DOG ELSEWHERE.”
^^ I’m sorry but who the hell would leave their dog to people who act that way & say that?!

I would like to say how disappointed I am in Wag N Tail Pet Resort. A few days ago when I left my dog there she was so skiddish when in picked her up she was afraid as if she had been beat or abused.some of her stuff reaked of urine and smelt some smelt like smoke. I do not know what happened but this place at one point was the best place around. When it was sold it went downhill. They can't even keep employees they keep changing ,they had a few good ones now they have people in just do not feel comfortable with at all. I will never be back. Go judge for yourself before you leave your dog, then you will understand why I said my review.
