THIS PLACE WAS HORRIBLE I WASTED LOTS OF PHONE TIME OVER THE YEARS TRYING TO FIND OUT WHAT THEY PLACED IN MY VEIN. THEY AVOIDED ME. THEY WERE VERY NEGLIGENT! MY MENSTRUAL CYCLES I STILL FEEL POISON FEELS! I WOULD GET SWELLING! MY TEETH STARTED FALLING OUT. I HAVE SCARS! I HAVE A TOOTHACHE TODAY. ALL WENT DOWN HILL. MY BONES BESIDES ARTHRITIS GET BRITTLE WHEN I GET PMS. PILLS GO TOXIC ON ME. I END UP VOMITING. THIS CLINIC DID NOTHING FOR ME IN 2005. THEY SHOULD OF WAITED FOR MY INJECTIONS AND SHOTS. THEY KNEW I WAS SICK. I TOLD THEM I WAS EXTREMELY ALLERGIC TO THE FLU SHOT!!! I HOPE THEY DID NOT GIVE ME THAT!!



THE SOCIAL WORKER ASKING ME IF I WANTED TO GO TO THE PSYCHIATRIC CENTER BECAUSE I AM NOT WITH THE BOYFRIEND THAT IS DEMENTED AND SICK!

At the end of 2004 almost 2005. I went to middletown community health center on Benton Avenue in middletown N.Y. I was 8 months pregnant. Coming out of Fortlauderdale swimming in the ocean, doing yoga, tons of magazines. So happy.



Well was not with the father for awhile; my choice. Brokeup nothing unusual for a 34 year old woman.



I had to leave to ny- relocation on a relative. I got back to ny very sick. Change in weather. December and cold. The midwife at the community center would not wait for my injections and shots from fortlauderdale. I was vomiting, etc. Some kind of flu or phemonia. Well she did not wait for the fax of information.



She either injected me with something or placed an unsterile needle in my vein. I instantly had an extreme reaction. Affected my whole system. Was having convulsions. Even vaginal area. Stated MRSA. Wanted to know what was given to me by the needle or injection. Bulges in my skin; eating it up alive. Ruined a lot of clothes. I still have it in the system and foot.



Now I was never told what it was; Virginia Macgoven abused me; coerced me to florida with an extreme illness. Refusal to talk to me until fl.



Now anyway, besides the reaction I was ASKED by the social worker to go to a psych center to talk about the breakup with the boyfriend. I stated no.



REALLY WEIRD THING FOR A SOCIAL WORKER TO ASK A WOMAN IF SHE WANTS TO GO TO THE PSYCH CENTER TO TALK ABOUT THE BREAKUP. (WEIRD



I WAS NOT WITH THE GUY A LONG TIME. WE BROKE UP BEFORE-



WELL THE ARABIAN QUACK WAS WAITING TO USE ANYTHING WHEN THE BABY WAS BORN AT HORTON HOSPITAL. I TOLD HIM ALL POSITIVE THINGS.



HOWEVER I TOLD HIM I WAS NOT WITH THE FATHER.

ONLY BECAUSE THE SOCIAL WORKER MADE A WEIRD QUESTION.



NEXT THING I WAS NOT ALLOWED THE LAST DAY TO SIT IN FRONT OF THE TELEVISION 3 FT ALONE WITH MY SON. NURSE TOLD ME A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A MOTHER AND A TEACHER.



WOULD NOT LET ME LOOK DOWN AT THE BABY.



I HAVE A TEACHING BACKGROUND. THEY RUINED MY LICENSES. BS AND 2 CLASSES FROM FORDHAM FOR SPECIAL ED K-12. RUINED THE WHOLE THING.

EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE- TAKE MONEY OUT NOW.



LEFT ME BROKE. NOW MY POOR DAUGHTER WHO WILL GO TO SCHOOL. HAS NEVER SPOKE OR MET HER MOTHER ONLY WHEN BORN OUT OF STATE.



THE FATHER GOT RAN OVER BY A TRUCK OVER HORTON HOSPITAL. CUSTODY PAPERS WHEN BROTHER SUED ME STATED



THINKS SHE CAN DO SOMETHING; NOTHING



ARAB WAS TRYING TO MAKE DYSFUNCTION.



ASSUMING- ETC- ALL WAS JUST DESTRUCTIVE NOT CONSTRUCTIVE.



I COULD OF DIED; STILL CAN



INCOMPETENT LOWLIVES- ROT WITH THAT MONEY.

It you have a choice to go somewhere else, go, business practice is very harsh with receptionist, poor customer service, not organized. good thing is nurses and doctors are great, but customer service is key and important to patients. I had three bad experiences there and been there for two 1/2 years not good. shame on you MCHC.
