DON'T BE FOOLED BY SOME PERFECT REVIEWS!!!!!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! SOMEBOBY NEEDS TO STOP THESE PEOPLE FROM ABUSING CONSUMERS.AFTER 8 MONTHS MY POOL DECK(TRAVERTINE UPGRADE $ 6,300.00 PAID IN FULL MONTHS AGO) ISN'T FINISH YET, THEY WON'T ANSWER YOUR CALLS,VERY UNPROFFESIONALS, AFTER MONTHS PASSED BY I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO MET THE OWNER(RICARDO)ON 01/31/14 AND TOLD ME "THE REASON WHY MY POOL WASN'T FINISH WAS BECAUSE UPGRADES SHOULD BE PAID IN FULL;HE CONVINCED ME TO PAY HIM FOR THE REMAINING 50% OF THE UPGRADE ( WHICH I DID IN GOOD FAITH)THAT HE WILL PERSONALLY TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING" PAID HIM $ 3150.00 MORE AND I NEVER HEARD FROM THIS GUY AGAIN.I CALL THEIR OFFICE EVERYDAY BUT NOBODY KNOWS ANYTHING,I HAVE TEXTED OWNER AND HIS SON WHO RUNS THE COMPANY LOTS OF TIMES BUT THEY JUST DON'T RETURN ANY CALLS ;THEY JUST DON'T CARE!!.MORE OVER;AS OF 03/29/14 THEY STILL HAD A PLAQUE(CODE OF ETHICS FROM B.B.B ) HANGING ON THEIR WALL WHICH DOESN'T REFLECT REALITY, THEIR ACCREDITATION WITH BBB WAS REVOKED ON 11/19/2013.IF YOU ARE IN A SIMILAR SITUATION CONTACT

Our New Swimming Pool, Pavers and glass tiled Jacuzzi came out GORGEOUS. The Price while High was reasonable for all the items we included and materials. I simply LOVE my new house. Best part is my Ex Husband was the one to foot the Bill. :-)

They lost their BBB accreditation and are not #1 in on time completion. Worst customer service and they will never return a phone call. Good luck speaking to the owner unless you speak Spanish... Company's promises that are in their welcome package are a joke. Sad to say because the finished pool is very nice, just wish they knew what good customer service is!!!

Great staff, wonderful sales team. Andres thank you for your attention to detail, and for your patience in answering every question, call or email we ever sent even at 10 at night. Our pool ROCKS! ;-)

I give them a NO STAR. My experience is that this company was very hard to work with. Workers did everything unsupervised and when I confronted the company owners and managers about the problems, they denied the issues even before seeing the work. It took a lot of pushing and effort from our side to ensure the work was properly done as per contract. Very bad customer service. they destroyed my fence (out of negligence) and I had to pay to replace it. Yes, it is written in the contract that they are not responsible for any damages...I didn't catch it. Oh boy what a lesson I learned from this pool company. and funny how the majority of the "excellent reviews" on this Google Local review don't identify themselves...HUMMMMMMM...who could those raving reviews come from....I could only guess.... I would NOT RECOMMEND this company if you asked me...I would check around a little more....a neighbor of mine started a month after my pool excavation and they just finished their diamond brite plastering today (almost four weeks when he started the pool excavation). Promised in 45-60days and finished WITHOUT a walkthru in three months. Run away...go with some other company. I even did a BBB complaint.

We are happy with our new pool ! Everything is working perfectly, the lights, equipment, etc. We have received many compliments on our pool. We would like to thank you for being a man of your word always. You were always available to immediately to address any questions or concerns we had during the construction phase and afterwards as well.

We would highly recommend Genie Pools to anyone looking to build or remodel their pool. It has been a pleasure working with you. Everything was done on a timely schedule and actually completed the work 1 week ahead of time.

Late this summer, my family and I made the decision to have a pool put in. It was something my wife wanted to do for our children for quite some time. Our kids were ecstatic, but my wife and I were a little apprehensive due to the many horror stories we had heard that came along with having a pool built.



After doing some research and having many other companies give us estimates, we made the decision to go with Genie Pools. From the beginning they were professional, courteous and honest. They made no unrealistic promises and the pool was completed faster than we had even anticipated.



My family and I would like to personaly thank Liz and Marcos for always being on top of things and for making sure that our experience was not another nightmare story. Anyone who does not give Genie a chance is really going to miss out.

After many horrible experiences with other companies (just to get an estimate!), I finally came across your company and after having finalized the building process I hold your company to the highest esteem. There is not a day that goes by that we don't fully appreciate what an incredible job they accomplished. From beginning to end their team was always courteous, knowledgeable, and true professionals. We always felt that we were in the best hands when dealing with this family owned business.

I would NEVER recommend using this pool company. They are very nice and accomodating at the beginning but when they receive your payment and the work commences they are very unprofessional, rude, and impolite!!!
