BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT GO HERE !!! LOOK THEM UP ON THE BBB Over 16 COMPLAINTS!! NOW I’m out 11,000 dollars!!! They are THIEVES!! . I took My Truck here in July of 2021 I received my Quote on 8/10/2021 for $ 4597.87 Steve told us he could have this done in 2 in half weeks . A month went by and I would call every Monday and was told it would be done by Friday . Continued to call every week then was told there was a part shortage and truck will be Done on friday . On Sept 8th 2021 received a call that more parts needed to be ordered and it would needed to be an additional $4904.18 and would need half the money paid on that day and our Truck would be ready by the week after guaranteed . We were in desperate need of a vehicle so I was a dumb person and paid them . Weeks went by and still no vehicle . Continued to call every Monday Steve kept telling us Friday it will be done . Called on Oct 6th in the afternoon and they said it was ready . We told them we would pick it up first thing in the morning On Oct 7th we picked up the Vehicle and was charged a extra storage fee for not picking it up that day .Couldn’t believe it !!! My husband drove 5 miles about 10 min from the shop and the Truck broke down . We called the shop and Steve responds not our problem you will need to pay for a tow truck to bring it back . After lots of calls and frustration Tony an employee who no longer works there came out to check out our Truck and convinced Steve to pick up our broken down Truck. Again called every week .Steve the mechanic stated a part was not tighten correctly and they would get it fixed again awaiting parts .They purposely didn’t tighten something which oil spilled . Call after call after call the frustration with no end or answer . Received call NOV 30th Truck Ready 823.81 Due !!!
Due to Customer Neglect . They even STOLE our BRAND NEW BATTERY HUSBAND Paid the BILL TRUCK didn’t even make it home broke down on the side of road as we speak

Brought in my daughter's Fiat for an engine replacement and was pleasantly surprised by the shop and the staff. All were top notch, they stuck to their agreement and quote and when a few additional parts were needed they also worked with me on that - sorting out the critical ones. They did the replacement on time and took great care to keep the vehicle clean and nice. Great value ( 1/2 of what the dealer wanted!) and had me ready to go quickly. Would use again!

I brought in my 2000 Chevy Camero to Discount Engine after my check engine light went on. The work got done fast, they were honest with me and talked to me through the process.

Discount Engine did a good job on my engine, the engine is running good. Customer Service was pretty good.

I only gave them a 4 start because it took longer than expected, It also cost more than the original agreed price for extra parts that needed to be replaced. When I came into the shop for the 500-mile inspection. I told them that the light was on they looked at it and it was no big issue.

I called discount engine up when my engine started to fail gave me a quote went in and talked about what kind of engine I needed, ..... A few days went by and found out I needed a bit more work done, the mechanic came to me and told me what was going on with my vehicle and what I needed done... Went over options and started the work... When I received my truck back it was running like brand new.. Overall good work done..

I was taking a trip to Yuma in my 2009 mini when the engine went out. I ended up calling discount engine, they picked me up and my mini (tow truck). They worked with me to get my mini back up in a good time frame. If you need to replace your engine I highly recommend using Discount Engine.

This is the second vehicle I had an engine replaced. The front staff was very nice and friendly. I needed a ride home and they gave me a ride home when I dropped off my vehicle. They explained the entire process of putting a new engine in my vehicle. They recommended other things to ensure my investment of a new engine was worth my money. The use genuine replacement parts, not the cheap non-brand name. They did my 500-mile service while I waited. I recommend them to anyone. Discount Engine finished on time as promised. The engine runs good, I do not have any complaints. Everyone at Discount engine was very friendly.
