        Overall

        I went to the location by the Kroger at Truse pkwy. in East Memphis on Winton Rd.. It took my payment but the wash never worked. I have tried to call the phone number listed and it rings until I get a fax sound. Would like to be refunded or at least a code to get what I paid for.
