Mr Pride Car Wash

Mr. Pride scratched my 1 month old car rims. I spoke with the manage on duty and nothing was done. Said he would have his manage call me today, but did not. My car don't have 100 miles on it . I don't mine going to court! This was my car's first car wash, ever! Mr. Pride is NOT in Good Standings with the Public, just look at the other reviews. Poor...Poor.....Poor...Reviews!

This is certainly not a soft touch hands free car wash and customers should be warned. They left a scratch on my new luxury car. My month old car is cleaned weekly and it was in immaculate condition. I would have noticed any damage because as most new car owners, I admired my car. I was escorted away as they dried my car; I think it was a method to prevent me from noticing the scratch, but I saw it immediately. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable while having a car detailed ever. Upon leaving, there was also soap residue left all over it and had to re-clean it to remove the dried soap but my main area of concern ended up being a fresh scratch instead of a sloppy detail job.



I informed the manager on duty and stated he didn’t see the scratch on film before I rolled into the steel chopper disguised as a car wash. After completing an incident report and waiting several days for someone to contact me about this, I returned and another manager informed me they don’t film cars before rolling in. I SAW the video of my car and this guy was telling a filthy lie . While this guy was lying to me, another disgruntled customer was taking pics of a newly washed car stating it car wasn’t damaged before entering.



I haven’t received follow-up regarding this incident and don’t suspect that I will. After researching I googled this place and found similar stories and horrible reviews of this chain. I wish I would have checked them out before trusting them with my beautiful new car.



At this point, we’re getting the damage repaired without further subjecting me to this kind of dishonesty and I’ll take it as a hard lesson to have my car hand washed from this point on. It’s not worth the risk or headache and I deserve to be treated better.



If you care about your car and expect first class service, stay away. These people are unethical. They don’t deserve a star but it’s the only way I could post this.

These guys do an awesome job. I had my car washed, detailed inside, and hand waxed all for $55, you can't beat that. All done in a reasonable amount of time too. I definately have referred my friends. A major upgrade from the old Mr. Pride that I used to work at.

This is a great car wash. It has the cheapest wash prices (can't beat $3), and I got their "Valet" service the other week, and they did a great job. I was a little shocked at the $30 price for their valet interior cleaning, but they detailed the car getting all the scuff marks and lifting the stains from my mats. I try to keep my car relatively clean on the inside myself, but they made it look like brand new on the inside. Everyone that works there seems happy and were very helpful too. I recomend this wash to anyone that likes to take good car of their car on a regular basis, like me.
