Captain D's Seafood Kitchen

My wife and I planed to serve hot dogs during our community yard sale the next day. So we talked about what fast food restaurant has the best cold slaw for hot dogs. Recently I purchased cold slaw from the Captain D's on Highway 64 for a fish fry and our guest really enjoyed the cold slaw.

So we agreed to try the slaw at this Captain D's. Since the Highway 64 Captain D's is the closest one to hour home we use the drive in service. I was reluctant about going to the Highway 64 store because the service has been disappointing more than once. Before I placed my order I expressed my concerns to my wife about the poor service I had received at this location. So at 4:50 p.m. June 6th I ordered 2 pints of cold slaw and drove up to the window. The young lady said the cost was $4.57. I gave her $10.57. 10 minutes later she returned to the window and gave me my change and 2 pints of what I believed to be cold slaw. A nickel fell to the ground and she stated that "it was just a nickel." I asked her to give me my nickel out of her register and she did. So I asked for a manager who defended her employee by saying she must have had to make the cold slaw but thanked me for bringing to her attention the fact that we had to wait so long for cold slaw without an explanation at all.



Now here is what made me rate this Captain D's the Worst. Later that night I made a sandwich and I thought to my self that the sandwich would really be good with some of that good cold slaw from Captain D's. So I open one of the containers and guess what, it wasn't cold slaw that I had purchased it was 2 pints TARTER SAUCE.
