        My experience at Joe's Crab Sh...

        My experience at Joe's Crab Shack in Cordova, Tennessee was horrible. They don’t deserve a star at all. The waitress, Becca had a very condescending and sarcastic personality. Expressing your concerns to the management staff is a waste of time because they will believe what their employees tell them. The staff was very rude to my husband and I. Becca and her co-workers were eavesdropping and making rude comments in regards to our conversation. I could hear them talking about us very clearly, although they were trying to whisper. The assistant manager, Ronnie Cannon, was not very helpful in resolving my concerns. The drinks were tart, the crab legs were not thoroughly done and the attitude of the entire staff sucked. I had a more satisfying and pleasant meal at the Chick-Fil-A down the street.
