Emerald Property Management

We rented through Emerald for 2 and a half years. I have to say it was one of the best renting experiences we've had. Emerald is a top notch agency who are professional, courteous, and always willing to provide assistance when needed. We were unlucky enough to have 2 floods in the basement during the time in our house. Emerald went above and beyond both times to ensure our property was not destroyed and did everything in a very timely manner. If you submit a work order for anything, Emerald will take action incredibly fast and will provide you updates as needed. They're a fantastic reference for outside services (snow removal, lawn care, etc.) around town, and overall we had a fantastic experience. I highly recommend Emerald to anyone moving to the Manhattan area and will definitely go through them if we go back. Thanks Emerald!!

Upon trying to help a possible customer with a plumbing issue, I called her property management company with a question. A female named Misty answered and was instantly rude and un-cooperative. I perform customer service duties daily and would never be so disgustingly nasty to someone. I understand from the tenant that she treats people this way always. Perhaps Misty needs to go to some customer service training. Or even better, she could ride along with one of our service technitions to learn proper customer service skills.

I recently have rented from Emerald. I am in town doing contruction and needed a place quickly. They not only were very professional and friendly, they helped me get into a house quickly. They understood what I needed. I would strongly recommend Emerald if you are new in town!
