Trustworthy!
Marc won't sell you things you don't need, just to maximize sales. So trustworthy in fact that I've had my car towed 100 miles just so the folks at Napa could fix it instead of taking it somewhere else. Marc is truly out to help and gets the job done for the least amount of money.

Expedient!
Marc will get the job done in as little time as possible. If it's an elective thing, he'll get parts before having you drop off the vehicle. They accept after hours drop offs....sooo helpful with today's busy schedules, and if you call first and tell him what you need, he'll be trying to locate parts before you get off the phone. The team gets the job done in as little time as possible.

Communication!
Marc is the master of checking in and keeps you posted on progress, costs, and timelines.

All cars need to be fixed occasionally. When you bring them here you can rest assured that they'll be fixed right, in a reasonable amount of time, and it won't cost more than it needs to.

Over the years I've taken my car to a number of different places, large chain stores like Firestone and Midas to the dealership where I purchased my car from and nobody comes close to the service I get from Marc at Auto-Lab.



Marc Williams who is the owner of the Madison Heights Auto-Lab does an excellent job at answering my questions. I highly recommend Marc for a number of reasons:

1. He does what needs to be done and doesn't try to take advantage of you. (It's very important to have a mechanic you can trust).

2. He won't try to replace something that doesn't need to be replaced. (I came in thinking my alternator was bad and he conducted his tests and only had to replace the battery and my car works perfect again.)

3. He is friendly and reliable and will call you back when he says that he will. (Each time he said he would call back he did.)

4. He has the best prices in town and stands behind his work. (I was quoted for work at the dealership and Marc's quote was so much better even with the cost to move my vehicle (because it needed to be towed) was a few hundred dollars less than the dealerships quote and I received factory parts too. He also replaced my rear rotors and pads which were under the great warranty from Auto-Lab)



Marc really is a mechanic you can trust!
