I went through a very sudden change in my life, career, as a result my income was greatly reduced. I could not even begin to think what to do. Good experience with Bankruptcy. Horrendous with estate of deceased spouse. After 4 yrs. with a very small estate, it is still not settled. Mr. Bauman "does not return phone calls". Yes, those are his own words. Over the last 2 years he has lied repeatedly about why this case has taken so long. He has blamed it on the judge, when in fact he thought I had not paid him what was due. In fact, I had paid him 2 years previously, but the record of payment didn"t make it from his secretary to their computer. Even after assuring him that I had indeed paid it and had proof at my bank, his only response was that I could fire him. His secretary assured me after my last visit that they had found my payment, yet I have not heard from him and it has been over 8 months. He has told me that he has many other cases since mine, but he felt no incentive to work on mine because of what he thought was non payment. Forget ethics, honesty, and integrity from Jason Bauman.
