Feldkamp Attorney

The service I received from David Feldcamp was frustrating at best. For one year, I spent quite a bit of money and countless hours attempting to obtain a divorce from my wife, who has been living with another man with whom she’s had several other children, all on my insurance, while at the same time struggling to get visitation rights with my daughter, whom I’ve seen 8 times in that same year. Every time that I would receive divorce/visitation paperwork from Feldcamp’s office for her to sign, something was wrong with the paperwork. What was wrong? You name it. My daughter’s name was misspelled, my wife’s name was misspelled, the visitation was not laid out properly, details were not accurate, and it even stated at one point that I was pregnant, and I assure you that was not anatomically possible. I had to call continuously to receive updates, as they would never notify me of anything regarding the case. He even promised me things that I later found out were not possible. He also stated that we could start the proceedings in Louisville and I didn’t even find out it wasn’t possible until I received a letter in the mail from his office stating that the court system had transferred the case to her county, Breckinridge, and that I would have to obtain another lawyer as he refused to go to Breckinridge County. I wasn’t even important enough for the courtesy of a phone call to notify me of this change. Getting my money back is not even possible since he can say whatever he wants about the time he spent on my case. Useless as it was, it was a lesson learned and I hope and pray that no one else falls victim to this ‘law firm’. I contacted a lawyer in Breckinridge County and, lo and behold, two months later the paperwork has been filed and I am only waiting for a court date. Thanks for nothing, Mr. Feldcamp.
