Total waste of time for artists. We emailed, talked on phone and I went for a meeting which took an hour. I left with them promising a test print next day and when I called they said everything was goo, the print would be done later. I called at 3:00 and finally they admitted they were not interested and couldn't do anything for me! I'm on a deadline and they wasted 3 days, now it's Friday afternoon so I have to start fresh on Mon. with hopefully printers that have integrity.

I contacted Apple Visual Graphics to wrap 5 sprinter vans, each one is well printed and perfectly installed. Their customer service is bar none and they are very competitive, I highly recommend them, ask for Ralph, he rocks!!!

I had worked with Apple Visual Graphics before but my last interaction has assured me never to go back.

I had a firm deadline for art prints for an exhibition and they assured me they would meet my deadline. The work was printed and I received a phone call from the shipping department who assured me ground shipping would get my order to me in time and dissuaded me from choosing to overnight them.They arrived 3 days late. I called the company the day after the prints were due and was consoled by the sales rep who promised me a refund. A month after I was originally promised my refund I called the company and was transferred to the manager who ignored my call. I called again, finally spoke to the manager and he assured me my refund would be done. Its been two months, and nothing. I've sent emails which have been ignored. Very unprofessional, just plain bad customer service.
