Rude to the core employees!!! If you are physically challenge, take my advice NEVER SET FOOT INTO THIS UPS STORE!!! When my nerve damaged couldn't hold tight to my crumbled up piece of paper & dropped it on the floor, she knew I was also on a crutch, wouldn't offer to lend me a hand, but said to me, "you better pick up your garbage, the trash can is by the door! Oh, & you better clear up your stuff on the counter right now, you're taking my my time!!" She saw me trying to balance myself w/ my crutch to bend over for my paper on the floor & gave me the look that if I didn't clear my bag & my wallet off the counter right at that very second, she was going to push them off the counter!! Glad that the customer behind me was nice enough to pick up my paper from the floor while I clear up the counter before she took her frustration on a disabled customer w/ a broken knee & a broken back, w/ chronic pain 24x7!!
