Long Beach - Downey Avenue. Site code: CXL. Each year I have blood taken at other QD facility but this place is the WORST WORST WORST that I've been through. I advice everyone to AVOID this facility because the personnel are very sloppy, unqualified and poorly trained. They have very lousy service. I will NEVER use this facility again and will discourge faimily and friends to do the same. Patty the reception skip my name in the roll call so I waited more than 1 and half hour. Darryl the techinician don't know how to draw blood. First attempt on left arm failed. With needle still stuck in my arm he tried wiggling and poking around to find the vein. Second attmpt on right arm also failed. He had to call another girl to draw blood properly. Now both my arms still hurts. This place is a joke. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.'
