Rock Creek Pet Resort LLC

My golden retriever has been going to Rock Creek Pet Resort since he was 6 months old. He is now 6 years old. He has always loved going to "daycare" and knows which days he's supposed to go. He goes 3 days a week and boards there when we go out of town. I HIGHLY recommend Rock Creek. They play outside all day except in bad weather and he gets to run and play all day. I'm certain that he is well cared for. Give them a try !!!!

If I could review their service I would but I wasn't given the chance. After making a reservation well in advance and confirming it two days before my date, I showed up with my two dogs at 4:00 and was told I was there too late and they wouldn't take our dogs. I was never told at any point during the process that I needed to have them there before 4:00, in fact I was told I could arrive at any time that day. I begged her to reconsider, that my husband had a meeting out of town, we had hotel reservations, everything, but was told we were not welcome. So, my 8 year old daughter and I are spending the weekend at home, hotel scrapped, trip cancelled. Thanks, Rock Creek! I've never been treated or spoken to so rudely in my life.
