My family and I got to Lawton in Aug 07. Up until Aug of this year we rented a home from another company and numerous problems throughout that year. When our lease was almost up my husband and I started talking about buying a home since we will be at least till May 10. I met Tracy around easter time at the Ft Sill easter egg hunt and at that time I didn't see the need for her till this summer. When we decided on buying a home that's when I thought about Tracy and her company. We met with her and told her what we wanted and the area and that's where we started. We looked at about 60 homes before we found our home on a fluke. Tracy was patient with us and explained everything to us. When we were closing, Tracy called around town to help us find that better deals and explained what she found to up. She even gave a suggestions and recommendation on who to use and what she thought about them. I know that when it come time for us to leave I will be contacting her to see what she recommends. I wish that there were more like her in regards to not taking advantage of military because she is military.

Cosmo Realty and Tracy Glenn are the benchmark of the real estate industry. Unlike numerous other "infamous" realtors in the Lawton area, Tracy actually listened to what we wanted in a home and furthermore, she acted on it. While most realtors could be used car salesmen/women with their relentless pushiness and lack of understanding and listening skills, Tracy sets herself apart by taking the time to know her clients and treat them like more than a dollar figure. Tracy was extremely patient with us as we searched through numerous houses on our way to purchasing our first new home. When it comes to realtors, bigger is not always better. We realized this early on with realtors and chose quality over quantity. Tracy gives the real estate industry an honest and ethical reputation, something that is certainly lacking in today's world. We cannot say enough good things about her and her company and we are proud to be continous advocates for her agency. We closed on our house in May of 2008. Cosmo's great service has not stopped. Just last week we got some really useful tax information in the mail from Cosmo that we never would have known about.
