A bunch of crooks. Required a TRIPLE deposit because I have poor credit, which I reluctantly forked over, then when I went in to sign my lease they told me I would also have to pay 6 months of my rent upfront THAT DAY! So they wanted $5500 to move in! They never returned any of my phone calls while my application was in process for almost a full week then even told me that the property I put my deposit down on already had been pre approved for somebody else! Also when I rented from them a few years back they kept my entire $1000 security deposit even though I left the house in better condition than when I moved into it. They are liars, thieves, unprofessional and unfair. Take your money elsewhere!

I have seen this business in action over the years. I can tell you from that, and other ratings online and the reviews from the better business bureau that the yellow page ratings are false......someone is seeding the five star ratings.

They have bad bad issues with maintenance, a history of going slow in work orders, deposit refunds, checkout inspections and overall training of their staff.

Add to this that they just combined with Johnie Owens Property Management...and all you hear from them is that the "merger has been hard" aas they blow you off. I was in the office when the manager told a counter lady to "tell them i am not here"

From start to finish was a great experience. Beautiful home for a great price and everyone is helpful.

Renting was very easy. I enjoyed my experience with Sundance rentals. I would recommend them to others that are looking to rent.

Quick and easy processing. No standing around in lines all day waiting for service. The representatives are prompt and courteous. They get you in and out. No hassles, no confusion, just great service.

This is the first time I have rented a house and so far it has been a good experience.

I had a very good experience. The staff are very knowledgeable. They walked me through the whole process. Even when I thought they would let me fall, there was someone right there to keep me standing in the whole process. I'm the proud tenant of my first house with my 3 year old daughter. Sundance has apparently gone through some administrative 'changes' and now can't get any repairs made in a timely manner. Suspect they went from having 'contractors' to a single salaried employee to do the repairs meaning they are severely understaffed and which means the work that needs to get done takes an unnecessarily long time. Calls to maintenance are NOT delivered directly to the maintenance department and are even delayed. When questioned they actually lie to cover their tails. the company as a whole lacks compassion and is only interested in collecting rent, thus they have a high turn-over rate. Would NOT recommend this company for rentals of any kind. I have to give it a no-star rating, but the program said I had to give it something!
