Carriage Apartments

Yes these apartment need work but they have a hole new office staff and maintenance men. They are working to bring these apartment up to par.

471 is getting what you pay for. Almost lived here for a year and I've had termites, a leaking ceiling, and mice in the apartment. Neighbors "condensation" pipe drips and smells like mildew outside my door. After two or three attempts of telling office of my termites I allowed them to enter my apt when I'm not home since I work all day, I saw footprints on my coffee table. These apartments are old and probably have not been renovated in who knows how long. Have several holes in which mice are able to go in and out. The office has put steel whool in it but mice are still coming. I hear every footstep from my upstair neighbor, can even hear them cough sometime. I understand every apartment has their pros and cons but this one has not one pro on my list. These apartments are old and NEED a full renovation if they want to keep tenants.

Not a good facility. Exterior view is lacking. POOR management.

this place is the worst some units have a new window or two and I do mean literally 1 or 2 new windows the maintenance men know zero about fixing things I could go on for days ...bottom line don't move here. can't wait for my lease to end
