I am so disappointed. I went through them using 90 days same as cash and never received all of my merchandise. Every time I call, they either hang up or tell me that it's not in their department. I believe they run a scam by making sure they receive their payments but don't deliver on quality merchandise. The items I did receive did not work properly and had to wait 3 weeks for them to be fixed...which comes out of the 90 day warranty. I am very disappointed. We paid top dollar and we don't even have all of our merchandise.

Beware of this man. He is a crook. We had a problem with a refrigerator and he did NOTHING about it. We had a 1 year warranty. He will screw you if you buy from him.

We bought a washer/dryer and now we are buying a refrigerator. They have been helpful with finding us a matching washer/dryer even at the end of their business day. And now finding a refrigerator in our budget and taste. This place is reputable and certainly earned our repeat business. Highly recommend!

Awesome Experience! We've bought washer, dryer, and refrigerator more than 2 years ago, now we are back for a dryer and will come back when need any appliance for our properties.

These guys are great very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, I've bought a refrigerator and washer dryer set from them, usually have great selection on hand.

I purchased a washer and dryer from them in February 2009 and my products are still in great shape. I would advise anyone looking for any household appliances to soo with these guys. I will continue to purchase and spread word of mouth about their excellence products and services!

I thought this place was great. It's right down the road from my new house, and it's a rather small placed crammed with appliances. Took me all of 5 minutes to pick out a washer, then just another 5-10 minutes to check out. They could have delivered it the next day, but we didn't need it just yet - so they brought it out the following weekend.



The delivery and installation fee seemed quite reasonable to me, and when they got to the house, they were in and out in 10 minutes, tops. And so far, so good! It works great! Granted, I feel more comfortable buying a used washer or dryer as opposed to some other appliances, because they really do seem to last forever. (My parents have had the same set for over 20 years, maybe even closer to 30.)

Very poor customer service. Their employees hung up on me while I was talking because he was with another customer. They said they were going to deliver the item the next day, but somehow dropped the ball and had it scheduled for the next day instead. No customer service and very rude! Do not do business with them!

I have never taken the time to write a review on anything, but I must expose these people for what they are. SCAM ARTISTS! Their merchandise is garbage. Their customer service is horrible. I bought a refrigerator from them in april 2012. By July 2012, they had repaired and/or replaced it at least 3 times! The last refrigerator that they brought to my house leaked water all over the floor, onto the subfloor, into the crawlspace of my home. $4000+ in damages! I sued them in small claims court and loss the case, because, although they offer a warranty on the merchandise, they have a disclaimer on the invoice that states they will not be responsible for any damages to your personal property. The judge said I've pretty much been scammed but they were protected with the disclaimer. So, I'm out of $600 for the refrigerator, stuck with $4000 of damages in my new home, and stuck with a refrigerator that NEVER worked!

I'm going to blast every blog and review board that I can about these people. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

Please beware of this company. My fridge broke, ruining are new hardwood floors. It's been 3 weeks and still have a broken/unusable fridge. They promise to call, and hen they don't. They promise to show up to fix the fridge, they don't show up. They promise to replace the fridge, and I get yelled at on the phone because I work and can't be at my home for delivery until 4pm and that would "inconvenience them". So I should be worried about inconveniencing them? Please be careful!

Do not trust this business! They are dishonest. I purchased a refrigerator from them that died a week later, by the time it was fixed I could have bought a new one. They sent someone out t fix it three times and charged me a service fee each time and it still did not work. After the third failure and $300 in lost food I called someone else who fixed it the first try.

Please be ware. !! IT IS A BIG SCAM COMPANY.

There utilities work for a week or so. I bought a refrigerator from them which was replaced more than 6 times and still does not work. There business is sucks!! They will deliver to you utilities with mold and mildew that will not work more than a week.

Excellent Selection - Accommodating Staff – Would recommend everyone to go before paying full price on appliances!!!

This guys now their business, I have 17 rental properties and I always go to them to replace my appliances, when I can't go to them I call and they send me pictures of what they have, I select, pay over the phone and they deliver for me. I even got a French Door Stainless Steel Kenmore Refrigerator from them to use in my house. I'm a happy customer.

I called Rapheal (the owner)a few weeks after I sold my house. I told him I was relocating to another city and couldnt take my washer/dryer/refri/ combo, and wanted to sell all three to him for $400. I sent him photos and he was excited about the purchase. All along wondering where im from and how do I look and my age and if I could send him pics of me!!! I blew him off as just harmless flirting but was excited that I hade my appliances sold!!! I called Ralpael today, to remind him that he can come pick up the appliances, and he pretended to have no idea of our conversation!!! he now says the price is too high, and recommended craigslist!! Ive held on to my items, for him, now I gotta move, and two days to sell!!!!! thais place sucks!!!!!!!
