I am writing on behalf of someone who is disabled whom I know who had a terrible experience with this company, it all started out good, the sales pitch and the equipment and all, then later things turned really sour and when the lead tech came out he was very rude and unkind, he had knowledge but knowledge without kindness and tact is useless. It left a bad taste in my mouth for the company and I hope they realize this soon or they will be in trouble.
