When we bought our truck the salesman couldn't even remember my husbands name, he kept calling him some off the wall name throughout the whole pitch even though my husband kept repeating his name. Despite his short term memory problems we purchased a truck from these people less than six months ago and are already dumping money into it and have put less than a thousand miles on it. Thankfully we bought an extended warranty otherwise we'd be forking out over a thousand dollars for a new radiator. We should have known better, as the truck was in really rough shape when we purchased it. My husband was told that the dealership would do a full detail on the vehicle and fix the little problems that was agreed upon by my husband and the salesperson when he bought the truck, of course they didn't do anything that they said they would; merely ran the truck through a crappy car wash and vacuumed the floor and left all the "little things" unfixed.
So, with all the many dealerships in tri cities do yourself a favor and purchase a vehicle from someone with the integrity that this dealership so clearly lacks. Should be called LEMON AUTO CENTER!!!!
