I loved the friendly atmosphere @ John's Auto Mart, it is an old family business here in the Tri-Cities. when I went there I wasn't pushed, rushed or shoved off to the side. infact they greeted me with a firm hand shake a smile and after I looked around and decided on my purchase, they said they wanted to earn my business , they were courteous and kind above my expectations, prompt at delivering there end of the bargain i.e.: agreement too, Will I return , Yes !
