Papito's

The restaurant looks beautiful inside and the service wasn't bad BUT... a few hours after we left the restaurant my 10 year old daughter started throwing up and 14 hours later is still doing so. We are in from out of state and are staying at a hotel so needless to say our family vacation is now reduced to watching TV in a hotel room while my child vomits into an ice bucket.

Your staff was slow and non attentive..They did not even know what papitas are; I like them very much and the waiter was confused when I requested some. My companion and I waited over 30 minutes for a simple order and when the order arrived it was cold and bland. Very disappointing. The pollo was the exception, moist and flavorful. Hope to try the lunch later for a better result after 2\6\16 of coarse. Always give a second chance but no more..

Horrible that's all I can say. The sauces were canned food was not hot. Our server disappeared at times. The food is NOT authentic mexican food. I asked for no cheese sauce on my food it came out smothered. I'm sorry that is not mexican food. Where's the pico De Gallo fresh Chile sauce. We moved here from California and I'm sorry but that was not mexican food. Will never go there again. My husband grew up in Mexico for 12 years and we visit family there. I promise you that is a sorry excuse for mexican food. We will never return and will tell everyone we know not to go ther.

Food is excellent. I have tried three different plates on different nights here and they were all very good and very well priced. Cheese dip is a little expensive, but other than that everything else is reasonably priced. Love the atmosphere of the restaurant. Staff could be a little friendlier, and at times it appeared that our waiter had disappeared. But overall I will continue to come back to this restaurant.

I would rate this place zero stars if I could. The food is awful. I've had Mexican frozen dinners that taste better. We got two completely different entrees and they both came out as barely warm versions of fajitas. Our waitress forgot to put in the order for our appetizer then told me I would have to have the cashier remove it because she couldn't do anything about it. A fly flew into my half full cup of horchata and I was informed that they were out. Then I asked for more chips and salsa and she told me they were out of chips too. Immediately after two large tables got four bowls of chips. At the register, due to the fact that I didn't want to pay for the horchata I couldn't drink, we fully explained the "experience." Who I'm assuming was the manager kind of apologized and hushed us out the door without letting us pay. So a free horrible meal was the only upside.

I have spent more money then most people on Mexican food in Jonesboro.. I'd say hands down this is best all the way from salsa to to the front desk service. Menu is unique and prices are decent

I ate there with my sister on 12/4/15 and the service was bad, the food was not good, the server told us the chips were home made and you could clearly tell that they were out of a bag. I would not recommend this restaurant to any of my friend.
