Demos Smokehouse

Today, July 9, 2018 was our first visit to your smokehouse, The food was excellent. On the other hand, We called in our order and the service and the manners of the lady taking our order was horrible and quite rude, the initials on our receipt are DT. My husband stated that the connection was static sounding and that he couldn't hear and her response was "that's because I wasn't saying anything". When we pulled up to the window to pick our order up, she had a go to smerk on her face that was out of this world, she rang our ticket up and my husband handed the 20 out the window and she snatched it out of his hand and then when she gave the change back, instead of placing it in his hand she threw/dropped it at him and some of the change hit the ground. The sad part of this that happened today is My husband was diagnosed with Leukemia in January and we have been coming over here to NEA cancer center for chemo treatments every month, sometimes several times a month for the different treatments and have had to eat alot of fast food. He is also a 26 year retired Navy veteran. I hope that this gets back to this lady and hopefully the next time she takes someones order she will be a kinder person. You never know what someone is going thru and what you do can make a difference, especially in dealing with all kinds of people. We have wanted several times to stop and try the smokehouse and it was actually recommended to us as a place to try but due to time limits we have not been able to until today. Shame on you DT..
