I have seen many management companies work in Bonneville & Madison County, and I am convinced through my own experiences with Jacob Grant Properties, residents will enjoy the cleanest most well maintained apartments anyone has or will ever see!

I have rented a house managed by this company for two years. My initial experience was a little rocky due to occasional misunderstandings over the phone. But I am pleased to report that Jake, the manager of Jacob Grant Properties, takes a keen interest in making sure his clients are happy with their service and has done everything possible to make my stay enjoyable. I will be renewing my lease for another term thanks to his effort.

I rented a large home in the Idaho Falls area for over two years through Jacob Grant PM. Not only did they prove to be very easy to deal with and responsive whenever we had a problem, they actually refunded almost my entire security deposit. Over the 8 years I have been in Idaho and renting in the same area with other property management firms, this has never, ever happened. Ever. The rent we paid was fair, and the house was beautiful. They even took the time and would follow up with me on any issue I brought to their attention.

I moved into the apartments on Cone St. in Blackfoot not too long before Jacob Grant took over the property. At the time I was kicking myself for choosing such a place, there was trash on the dead lawn, and rather shady neighbors. I almost decided to just deal with breaking the lease just to get out of there. That's when Jacob Grant Property Management took over and things changed very quickly. They made improvements to the property and took care of all the riff raff living there so that now I have much more pleasant neighbors to live around. I think the most important change though has been the high degree of communication, from rent payments, maintenance, and so on, all became very clear and concise and professional, which before all this was at an absurd level to pretty much non existent. Since Jacob Grant took over they have been completely professional and I am so grateful for all they have done for this property and the excellent service they have been providing.

We were so fortunate to find Jacob Grant Property Management. We are currently living in West Virginia and have a home in Idaho Falls. The stress, worry, frustration and hardship of taking care of our home across the country was not working for us. We were always getting calls that something needed to be done, or the heater wasn’t working right, or how much fertilizer should the tenants put on the lawn. Because we lived across the country, we knew we needed someone to manage our property. We contracted Jake and it truly was an answer to our prayers. We never have to worry about our property now, and Jake makes sure to work with us whenever we want an update. Good people and good business practices live on in Idaho Falls.

They have an awesome web site! Navigation is very easy. Love the videos of the walk throughs. The camera work is smooth and easy to follow and they descriptions are detailed. I appreciate how they've made renting such a stress-free and pleasant experience.

Saved us a lot of money on some recent bids for maintenance work. We also had two vacant units at the same time and they got them rented quickly. Very happy about that. Overall they're doing a great job. They have really shown us how important a good management company can be and proven that hiring them was the right choice.

They do a great job. It's been another good month. We've had them do some repairs on the property for us and even with all that's been done we're right where we need to be financially.
