Worst company I've ever dealt with HANDS DOWN! And gotta love how JG only responds to their fake 5 star reviews. I'm assuming they don't respond to negative reviews because they are all true. What are they going to say.....'Yep, we screwed you over and drinks tonight are on renter's wallets'. If they aren't busy raising your rent, they are making up ways to either fine or make your life miserable. I paid my rent on time and was a good tenant. But instead of wanting to keep tenants, they terrorize you into wanting to move. I liked the place I lived but when they took over as management it became unbearable. No one can ever help you unless they see your wallet. From what I've gathered; no one there has any degrees, education, or experience in property management. They just want your money and NEVER plan on giving you back a dime of your security. Its criminal what they do and would give -10 stars if I could!

I set an appointment to look at a house, and we emailed back and forth about viewing times. I was told that if I wanted to have priority on the property I should apply. So I applied and paid the 25 dollar fee. I received a text about the breed of my dog, and notified them I had a service animal. I didn't hear anything after that until I called to see if I could view another property they had on their website instead. It was at that time that I was told I was denied because even though I had over four years of consecutive work history, the 6 months in my current field of employment wasn't enough. They didn't even bother to give me a courtesy email telling me I was denied, and they also sent me another email reminding me that I had the appointment to view the original property. The lack of communication and follow up is astounding. This company is out to get as much money as possible out of people.

I lived in my home for almost 10 years and loved it, so I try to do my best to keep things nice and to be attentive when renters needs somethings. You guys help me achieve that.

These people are crooks, their animosity has my family homeless for over a year; I refuse to pay their extortion attempt (I will never forgive your company). Jorge entered my property unannounced as against my lease multiple times once my wife and I naked (after the third time) I called the police because I felt violated. Month later after my lease expired, they charged me over $12,000.00, $5,000.00 listed as professional fees no other explanation to fees. Charged me two extra months rent, plus late fees daily for them month's; even after I moved out after full completion of a year lease and note and email of 30 days notice with our last months rental payment.

Best part is now my credit is tainted with an extremely vindictive move out cost, till this day a year later my wife and I are homeless because of their insane ridiculous hateful cost of move out.
I'm homeless and I refuse to pay their collection company, if this is how you are successful; your company is cold hearted and evil.

Not much experience at this point only started with them on January of 2015. Preliminary contact with them to set up the contract has been excellent. They seem to care about my property which my last property manager did not. Thank you so much Jacob Grant PM!!

If I could give them a zero I would. They are by far the worse company to ever rent from. They do not care about their tenants unless their tenants can afford to pay in the thousands for rent. It takes them forever to come and do a repair. We had a major problem and they basically threw it in our face and said it was our fault. On top of that they said we were responsible of paying for all the apartments in our building to have this done. They said it was in our lease. When looking at the lease it said nothing about us being responsible for it. They also said we had to use the company of theor choice. That company was crap and didn't get the job done so we had issues later on. They fought us and they didn't back down until we involved a lawyer. Which the lawyer found out that it was illegal what they are doing. We moved and now the will not give us our deposit and came up with bogus charges.

You all ave been very nice working with from day one!!!!! We appreciate you!!! I highly recommend!!!

Always accommodating. If I have a problem it is always fixed or I get a call to resolve whatever is going on.

The company is very professional. It allows automatic withdraw of rent. Emails are promptly returned. All experiences have been positive.
