THE ABSOLUTE WORST MECHANICS I HAVE EVER SEEN. THEY RUINED THE ENGINE IN MY CAR. ONE OF THE MECHANICS PUT A NEW RADIATOR IN MY CAR AND GAVE IT BACK TO ME WITH OUT TEST DRIVING IT, BECAUSE I GOT 5 MILES DOWN THE ROAD AND IT OVER HEATED. COME TO FIND OUT, HE NEVER PLUGGED THE FANS BACK IN. NOW THE HEAD GASKET IS CRACKED AND THEY WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. IN A LATER CONVERSATION, THE SAME MECHANIC ADMITTED TO BEING ON DRUGS, AND SAID " I HAVE TO BE, TO WORK HERE". WATCH OUT FOR THESE INCOMPETENT THIEVES!!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE TO BE REPAIRED. IT IS THE WORST AUTO REPAIR SHOP I HAVE EVER SEEN. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE BATHROOMS ARE DISCUSTING AT BOTH LOCATIONS. THE PLACE IS FILTHY AND THE STAFF HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY OVERCHARGE AND ARE KNOWN TO USE JUNK YARD PARTS. THE MECHANICS GET PAID MINIMUM WAGE AND ARE TREATED POORLY, SO THE DESIRE TO DO GOOD WORK IS JUST NOT THERE. ANY GOOD REVIEWS YOU MAY READ ON THE INTERNET ARE POSTED BY A WOMAN THAT WORKS THERE AND NOT CUSTOMERS. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN AND AAA SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH THE NATIONAL AUTO SERVICE NAME.

Great place if you want your car fixed properly. These people really know there stuff! I had my BMW TO 4 OTHER SHOPS. 1000 dollars later I still ahd the same noise in my car. National in Hudson figured it out in 15 miniutes!! Best of all they didnt even charge me for it.. It was a simple fix and they knew exactly what it was. I have sent my mom and dad there and the have been very impressed with the level of service and knowledge they have.. I am not sure who the 2 clowns are saying bad things on here but My family has been very happy with them.. If I had gone to them sooner I would have saved lots of money!!! I met the owner Harry he is really a nice man..
