Motel 6

My husband and grandson booked a room here for 2 nights to attend functions in South Haven and Memphis. They only stayed one night and the next day he texted me saying my grandson was having a reaction and had a rash. I really couldn't tell anything definitive on the day of the text. By the time the day went on my grand had full blown whelps in lines indicative of bed bugs. They didn't go back on their 2nd night they booked because the room was so bad and run down. There was an ice storm in the area so other hotels were fully booked. They came on home and Monday I took my grand to the Dr because the whelps were so bad up one side and his face and ears he was so uncomfortable. So, with a Dr office visit, meds etc I called the Motel 6. NOTHING resolved, anything but apologetic, didn't care of the complaint and never offered a refund. I caked my credit card company to cancel payment and planning to call Motel 6 corporate office and send pics of bites and med receipts. Now I'm under disinfectant patrol at my house because I don't want an infestation here. And TWO days off of work not to mention. Freaking ridiculous!!!! I wish this site allowed me to attach pictures. DONT STAY HERE....KEEP DRIVING TO A BETTER ESTABLISHMENT!!
