        Zippys has to be my favorite when I was a kid in Oahu. Im glad they built this new restaurant in Maui before I moved. It's the only zippys for now, but the only down fall is that the prices are rising which is out of their control

        Very Very Bad Customer Service

        I called in on order and they got my order wrong. I called back immediately to let them know they did not get my order wrong and they told me they had closed the kitchen and return the next day. I did not eat the food at all so I could come back the next day to get the right food. So, I called the next day and Mrs. Wong said I was not going to get the right order and started arguing with me instead of being generous and giving me the right order. What ever happened to the customer is right? I do not recommend this place, and of course I never even got my refund
