Jeff Pickus accepted our job for a new gym build out for 35K-50K. As of this moment, it's been two weeks since we requested to start drawing up plans and start the project and he refuses to respond to email or answer his phone. My realtor called him and he answered (probably because he didn't recognize the number) and said that they were busy and had a death in the family -- but could not be bothered to contact me even after that call. He still has not sent me a response of any kind. Extremely unprofessional. He knew we were a start up company and wasting 2 weeks of our leasing on a very expensive retail property was especially damaging.
