Drywalls
Standard windows typically cost less in the beginning, but other expenses and factors—like additional labor and the disruption to the home—far outweigh the original savings. For example, installing stock windows requires that you add brick or siding to the exterior, and drywall or other materials to the interior. In addition, custom-made windows allow you to choose the best solution to the problems you want to solve by replacing windows.
Framing
Jack stud: Framing members, generally 2" x 4"s, which form the inside of the window or door rough opening. They run from the sole plate to the header, which is supported by them.
Fireplaces
Pergolas can accent your garden, patio or entranceway to make them unique and functional, creating your own personal getaway or a center for entertaining guests with built-in barbeque or fireplace.
Wallpapering

New Construction
Remodeling are more affordable than you might assume. The cost varies depending on a number of factors including the project size and scope of work; new construction versus renovation and etc... But a basic facelift of an average home, including new doors, shutters, porticos, and some exterior detail, but no siding and window can be completed for about $10,000.00. Complete transformation of a 4 bedroom, 2 story colonial including new siding, new windows, doors will generally range from $30,000 to $40,000.

Driveways
Mauritz and his crew were simply amazing, these guys worked through the worst of weather...of course we hadn't had much bad weather until we started our job; snow, sleet, rain and then the massive melting (imagine working under the soffits with no gutters). Every day discussed the job process for that day, came to the door one day and apologized for going home (it was raining and miserable--I don't think I would have even attempted that day) but these guys were very conscience. Every day our driveway, garage and yard were cleared of debris and they kept their recyclables (gutters & downspouts) in one location at the back of our home until ready to haul away and respected our request to be able to put one car in the garage in the evening. We of course custom- ordered a front door and that took several weeks to come in, and as soon as that was in they came back and installed, which is gorgeous at this time they took care of some details that I had noticed that I had wanted addressed. Mauritz would have come back prior to door installation if they were pressing, but we felt that we could wait until the door was installed, which gave us more time to review the job.

Walkways
I just spoke to my wife and she could not have been more pleased with their promptness, professional attitude and attention to detail. They carefully laid down sheeting on the floor to protect their walkways and cleaned up their area as if they were never there. At the completion of the installation, the crew walked through the operation of each window type and verified all windows sealed correctly and operated smoothly.
