CSC Glen Eagle Apartments

I currently live here and I have since September of 2014. I personally have no complaints. I do not see any of the leasing agents as rude, they do have a serious demeanor but I believe that's so that they do not create a bond with the tenants and than the tenants expect them to make exceptions. They run a pretty tight ship but I like it. They're pretty good at fixing things and fumigate once a month and if you see any bugs, just call them and they will put your apartment on the fumigation schedule for that week. My only complaint is the garbage bins are sparse in the complex. It sucks having to walk so far to take out the trash, especially if its a rainy week in Miami or you had a long day at work. Also, as far as rent rates, I think they are decent for the area, I checked other complexes, such as Antigua which is unclean looking from the out side as well as apartments in the mohrs and those are way higher and do not include anything! So I'm overall happy with these apartments and the staff.

Not such a good place to live in.

Cons: Leasing office agents, Parking, insect infestation, they show you the apartments when someone just moved out and their in horrible condition.



I wouldn't really recommend this place for long term living. The location isnt bad, and the price isnt bad. Everything here is ok until you have a complaint or problem. Vicky from the leasing office is very unprofessional and has no customer service. might be because she's hideous or maybe because she obese, still trying to figure it out. Stay away from this place if you can. Handy men and the rest of the people who work here are rude as well, and do not speak a word of english, which is very frustrating.

i have lived in this apt for 4 yrs and 2 yrs in 1996. they are real quick at collecting the rent but do not want to fix anything. i have mold and mildew haalf way up the walls in my utility room the ac does not work properly i have 140 electric bills and i keep having to ask about the garbage disposal being fixed and there is a hole at the bottom of the door for the air going out,the security gate never works,the jacuzzie has been broke since i moved in there these are all stuff we are suppose to be paying for.
