I started my process with a firm in Charlotte, they added insult to injury by ignoring my emails and being rude to me. When I changed to the firm of John Orcutt, I was immediately put at ease and made to feel good about the process. I am very fortunate that Joseph Nichols was my paralegal. I always felt like I was talking with a friend who truly cared about me and my future. I highly recommend this firm!

If you are nervous about the bankruptcy process then this is where you need to go. Everyone here is so welcoming and friendly. Especially Connie, she took the time to explain what was happening and why they needed each piece of information. By the time you leave your consultation appointment, you feel relieved, informed, and like you have a plan and can handle what's ahead of you. I can't recommend John Orcutt and his team more, I wish I could give them 10 stars!

To the Paralegals: I went into the office feeling very depressed, But the paralegal's assured me that they would do everything to help me get back on the right track. They help me to get back to a very stable financial lifestyle without having to worry how i am going to afford to pay all of the bills each month. They started the paperwork right away and file my Bankruptcy claim in a timely manner so I would't have to worry about losing my home to foreclosure. And made it really affordable. They took the stress out of worrying how or when each payment will be due. Especially the first payment , which really worries me. It is the hardest because you are still struggling to pay all your other expenses along with saving up for Bankruptcy payment. I enjoyed working the paralegals they were an excellent team. Good Job!
