We all know how hard it is to find good people to work in our homes -- you never know what you're going to get, you might get ripped off, etc, etc. Well... if you need ANY kind of appliance repaired, LOOK NO FURTHER than US Standard. This family-owned business does EVERYTHING right. They're knowledgeable, professional, smart, responsible, polite, and best of all... you can call them ONCE, the job is done RIGHT and you can get on with your life.



I do handyman work myself, almost exclusively for elderly people, and I KNOW that when I call in US Standard (which I have done may times) my clients are in good, safe honest hands.

My A/C stopped working last Friday. US Standard gave me a same-day appointment and the technician fixed it quickly. Great service!

Had an issue with my air conditioner on a very hot day. The tech got here fast and the problem which seemed serious solved quickly. The fee was reasonable and I haven't had any issues with it since. Highly recommend using US Standard.

My refrigerator stopped working and I called a few companies before them. I decided to use them because of their good reviews as well as the fact that they gave me the lowest service call fee. The person on the phone was very helpful and the tech came right on time. He quickly fixed my refrigerator and it has been working great ever since. I am very happy with this company.

My GE refrigerator stopped cooling this morning. It is funny the way life works because I had just gone grocery shopping last night. I called this company and took the next appointment they had available which was for that same day. The repair man was at my door a couple hours later. He informed me that the refrigerator side was the cooling because the freezer was not defrosting properly, which caused it to freeze over impeded the cool air from reaching the refrigerator. He replaced the defrost heater and my fridge was back up and running immediately. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them again.

I needed my washing machine fixed so did some research and ended up giving these guys a call. I was very impressed with how quick and efficient the process was. They were very friendly, and very fast. Not what my experience has been in the past. I would definitely call them again if I needed something else fixed. I highly recommend.
