I am very-very, EXTREMELY I'd say, happy with the serviceman and the job he has done! His name was Sean, by the way.

Having Samsung laundry equipment (washer and dryer) has taught me that not too many repair people know how to work them. I guess these are a bit more complicated than the regular appliances or something... So, back to the point: after several attempts with the other companies, I've finally called Allen and Sons.

They've arrived the next day (I consider this "soon" enough), diagnosed the problem on the spot, and brought the parts by the end of the week. They've done everything from parts ordering to installation in a very neat manner. I am incredibly pleased.

Yeah, the prices are not gonna be low, but I'd say that they're fair enough. At least I got exactly what I've paid for.

Service technician that came to my home did not go beyond his initial diagnosis of checking if my dryer was heating. He did not use a multi-meter on any of the heating element connections and did not open my dryer to check fuses or coils and was gone in 5 minutes, would not recommend this company to anyone. Service call charge was resonable, but I did not receive any service. I fixed the problem myself!

I did not have a good experience with this company. The tech came out and gave an estimate on repairing my fridge. I called around and everyone told me that this guy was trying to rip me off. First of his price was at least over 120 more than any other company i called. Second of all when another company came out to fix my fridge they told me that this guy was definitely trying to take advantage of me. He said that there was a problem with a control board, but in reality there was only a problem with my thermostat! I would not trust this company with my enemies appliances!

Alex is a great engineer; from now on, he's to fix all my appliances.

A very professional and polite repairman (Sean, I think). Great service, neat work. He had to come back with the ordered parts; otherwise -- high-quality job + the prices are alright, too. Same type of a new refrigerator would have been ~5 times more expensive.

Just glad to have my washer fixed so I don't have to go to the laundromat anymore!

I called them to fix my washer. They came out and gave me an outrages price. I told them that i will look around first and paid the service call fee. Asked them for the estimate and they refused to provide it. So why did i pay them for diagnostics???? Rip off!

Be ware!!! You will regreat if you use this company! They have no customer service and are very misleading! They tell you one thing and do the other. Dont expect any kind of customer service from them! Even though they are called "Allen and Sons", trying to sound like they are your neighborhood repairman, they are actually A HUGE company!!!! They hire people that they have NEVER met and know anything about! I made a PRICY mistake calling them for service. DONT BE FOOLED!

I called Allen and Sons thinking they were a great company. Well the guy came out and i just wanted him to diagnose the problem. So the guy came... He dianosed the problem and offered to repair it... the pricing was too high so i decided to look around first. So i told the tech that i will look around and paid his service call charge. When i asked him what was the problem he wouldnt tell me.... So beware!!!! You will pay for dianostics but they wont tell you what the problem is unless you fix your appliance! That is not a good!!!
