We had our pool put in last summer by Premier. They were so fast and communicated every step of the way. They provide a color 3D picture of the design after the first consultation so it's easy to see exactly what it will look like before starting the project.

We used premier pools to put a pool in our back yard. The end result was amazing and the designer was great. The pool installation process was not fun. Lots of unknowns, poor communication and constant delays leading to our pool being finished about 6 weeks later than promised.

We worked with Dennis Carson for about 2 years before we got everything together to do the pool and spa. Great company and great service. From start to finish was about a month!

In process with Premier for custom in-ground pool after quotes from 4 other top rated companies serving Murrieta/Temecula that visited our property. Around 8 other companies never replied to quote me after leaving full projects basic needs on their website lead forms or from messages left at their offices. Within 2 weeks - pool is dug, rebar, pipes, pump systems, electrical, gas, and shotcrete next up. These guys have handled issues, provided options, and are making every effort to do the job right. I'll be making a full update here upon completion in 6 weeks.

It started with Alan Browne who was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and designed our dream pool! Our visit to the showroom to pick out tile, coping and decking was an easy task with owner Dennis and his assistant Denise who made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted without feeling pressured to pick what the trend is at the time. From the time ground was broke to filling up the pool was exactly six weeks,absolutely amazing,with supervision of sub contractors by Josh and a quality group of sub contractors who were polite, listened, and were clean at the end of the day,that means a lot when it is your home and not an average job site. I highly recommend this be your pool builder too!

After about 7 companies bidding our job, we picked Premier. The salesman was well trained and patient. Premier sold us on the fact they use the top contractors to do the job and are very organized and punctual.



After signing the contract they had permits done and the dig started 3 days after. I was impressed. They also were very open to me using my own choice of contractors( they didnt hard sell me work the mark up)

Premier designed and installed a spool for me 1.5 years back. It is awesome and the process with great results.



More important is that their support since has been top notch. Any questions or issues are handled promptly and they always follow through.

We just completed our pool with Premier, April-June 2015. My husband and I started off, like most, by consulting with several top local pool companies, getting bids from each. We met with Alan Browne at Premier and quickly knew he was our guy!! We showed him a few photos of pools and styles we liked and he came back with a drawing that we absolutely fell in love with! Of all the pool companies and sales people we met with, Alan was the only one who actually listened to the style and shape we wanted and delivered in the rendering he presented us with, which was nothing short of a masterpiece....and IN OUR BUDGET TOO, proving he listened to that as well! =) Alan did a wonderful job setting all the expectations upfront, so we knew what to expect during our first time having a pool built. During the process of selecting stone, tile and pebble for our pool, we met the owner, Dennis. What an awesome guy! He helped us immensely with all the aesthetic decisions to make sure our pool would look as great as we wanted it too. Designing a pool can be a little intimidating for the novice, so my husband and I were so very happy to have both Alan and Dennis helping us time and again throughout the process. Our pool completed the first week of June and our knowledgeable superintendent, Josh, came out and completed "pool school" with us, teaching us about the pool equipment and how to care for our new pool. This is it, this is the company you want to build your pool and I'll tell you why: I reviewed many pool builders and based on those reviews, I narrowed it down to 5 companies. 2 of the companies I did not bother calling back after speaking with a representative. I had a bid from 3 companies, one of which was Premier Pools. Alan, the sales representative from Premier, came over and drew a sketch based on ideas from my wife and I. He then provided us a quote which was pretty much the same as the other 2 companies however; keep in mind the other 2 companies did not provide any upgrades at that price. When I told the other companies about the upgrades I wanted, their price went up $4,500 for one and $5,000 for the other company. After Alan provided me with a quote, I asked about upgrades. His reply to most of my requests was basically, "That's already included." Now on to the employees. Everyone was very polite and receptive to the many changes I made. Dennis Carson, the owner, was as nice as they come. My coping had to be custom made and the company that makes them was 3 weeks behind. Dennis went out of his way to upgrade me at no extra charge just to get the build back on schedule. As for the build, it was done much quicker than I thought. In fact, the city inspector told me it was the quickest pool build he's ever seen. How would I rank the contractors you ask? Excavators - 9: Plummer / Electrician (Louie was outstanding) - 10: Rebar (Dustin and his dad were outstanding) - 10: Shot Crete - 8: Tile - 8: Deck / concrete - 10 (Sales Representative Lorenzo gets a 3 though): Plaster (Tony) - 5: Plaster is rough in some spots and I AM still working on it to get it smooth. I enjoyed getting to know one of the superintendents Kevin. He called me several times after the pool was completed just to check on things which I appreciate.



The pool was finished and filled on July 16. Other than the plaster, I have had no issues and my pool is amazing. If for some reason I ever had to have another pool built, I would not hire anybody other than Premier Pools, even with the plaster issues. Well, props to me, my research paid off and I want to pat myself on the back for choosing the best company..good job me.
