Their online site advertises trademarked brand name merchandise. Then they do a bait-and-switch by shipping a generic item of low quality. Their defense is that it doesn't matter, since they consider it the same quality. But then, that would mean the trademark holder has no legal rights, and the consumer is duped.

This is the worst retailer I have ever dealt with. I ordered an item that arrived broken. When I called their customer service I was told I could return the item at my cost!! They will not reimburse me for shipping back at all!! Then they will send me a replacement. How do I know this will work and I wont have to return at my cost again and again!! Keep away from this site there are too many other one to purchase from. I will file a complaint with my credit card company and never buy from here again!
