My mom recently moved from California to Florida. We booked the United Moving service to get on with the move. The rep I spoke to was professional and polite, very efficient in charting the move and followed through on everything. I was little worried about the move, but the crew showed up before time and helped me cool my mind. The care they took with the belongings really astonished me. They were fast and had loaded everything under 2 hours.They charged me based on time and not weight (thank god, since my stuffs are mostly heavy). The bill was a lot less than i

expected and for that i gave them a generous tip. Anyone in need of movers, go for these people here, they are the best.

The United Moving service has never failed to impress me. Actually I needed something out of storage and my place was not ready yet and it was all in the storage unit of the company. Usually everyone knows that what happens is you go there, throw your keys in the lock, get your stuffs and go back but here I had to book an appointment and all. I was a little confused about it. But once I reached there, to my surprise, they had my entire house loaded into five tightly packed

crates with my name slip and all on it. It surprised me that they pulled out all the massive stuffs and had it waiting for me. I was so shocked to see all this. And besides the staffs from the company helped me get through the items and find what I want. I actually felt bad for worrying about the whole appointment stuff and all.The guys were so cool, patient and amazing. They made it a very easy task. They made me feel better about myself for making them go through all this.

Without doubt, the United Moving Service is the best. From the first call to the last follow up call, all the staff has

been courteous, friendly, polite and very professional. I actually signed up with another movers before I read all the

exciting reviews about the company. I opted out and went with the U.M.S. One this i does not regret! They are so

professional and care for the safety of your belongings. They care a lot about the customer satisfaction that all

unattended called were return in no time. The quality of work and the hard work cannot be comprehended my mere words. All

my movers were on time and worked with due diligence. Also my delivery came within the said period. Overall great first

impression.

very accommodating. Though i called at the last minute, they were able to give me an appointment. The crew was really efficient and fast.

I have moved around a lot and so far the United Moving Services is the best of its kind. To be honest, I am not best of the customer, it takes a lot to please me, but these people are really easy, quick and helpful. I had special requirements about what goes where and I was not even physically present. Most of the times we worked over the phone going over the stuff. Really good delivery and pickup system. The price was also good, nothing like I ever played elsewhere.



After my experience I won’t be calling any other company for any moving!

I have been on a constant move. I have had my own share of moves and without doubt, the United Moving Service is the best. On the day of move i was not prepared but the mover helped me ease my nerve.

What makes me put these guys on the top is their fabulous customer service. It was initially recommended to me by my friends. Booking was quick. The rep helps you get the estimate cost and the time taken. They also give an estimate of the things needed and all that. An email confirming the same is send to you. I had a lot of questions and the rep was very

patient and answered all my questions.



The movers were diligent and polite. They were quick too. After the move, they called and mailed us to take our feedback.



However i found damage to one of the piece and when i called them, they actually came into inspect and gave us a monetary

compensation.



These guys are so good and professional. Totally satisfied.

I hate moving, all the work is so boring and really painful. The worst thing about the move is actually moving the heavy crates and furniture. Negotiating them through the narrow hallways, and stairs! horrible!



When i searched for movers, I found the United Moving Service. They were easy to handle from the forefront. They were good

on communication and customer service. We had to cancel the first appointment and push it to the next day. Lucky for us they were available.



Our belongings were to be transported to two storage units across the two ends of the city. And some of them were very heavy too. But the movers were really quick and efficient and got through them all.



The price was very fair and well spends.

I did my research, called up a few companies to get estimates, their plan of action, goggled for the reviews and so far, the U.M.S has turned out to be best. I am a student and i wanted a deal with low price and under fewer time frames, and the UM.S. delivers just that. The booking and actual moving process was easy and simple to handle.



The movers were polite and friendly. They were very good with my belongings. They even calls back to collect feedback.

These guys have a great follow up service. My boxes finally arrived from North Carolina to Colorado and the customer service contacted me and made sure all the boxes were received. The amount of their dedication, how much they cared about their customers actually shocked me.

The people did an amazing job. I was packed and moved under 3 hours. The cost was so in budget. I have moved around a lot, seen a lot of movers and without doubt, the United Moving Service is the best. All my antique furniture were given due care. Everything handled like babies.

I tell you, you need to use the United Moving Service, the next time you need to move. They were referred to them by a smaller movers who could not handle the big move. I had called up a company before calling them up and lucky for me that I did. They were available and very much less expensive than the other companies. since we let them handle the full pack and move, the move were easy and stress-free.They guys were very punctual, extremely courteous, careful and professional. They took less than the time quoted. Even the packing materials used were less. Hence less cost than original quote.

Not a single material was damaged. I would like to thank everyone who help coordinated and worked for the move.

I moved from San Jose to New York recently. The move was sublime. The movers fast and awesome. The pickup date is up to us and the delivery is expected within 1-10 days and I got lucky, it took only 2 days for my delivery. The staff at the administration will help get the cost and all the necessary details and once the reservation is made, a confirmation email it send along with all the related details. Since I had packed my stuffs beforehand, there was no much work of packing them. (But the guys do assemble and disassemble )

The United Moving Service was very professional, careful and reasonable. They give a quote about the estimated price, one

that includes the minimum cost and the maximum cost. They further told me that if i am packed i can save lots of cost, even though the company comes with wardrobe boxes and packing tape.



My furniture mostly consists of 3 beds, chests of drawers etc. They handles it all with ease and effortlessly.



The crew consists of pleasant movers; they were easy to be around. They were patient and friendly. They took my opinion and gave back suggestion about what goes where. Their customer service was great too.

I don’t think i can ever explain how grateful i am for the magic wand the United Moving Service has. Their special touch in moving assistance is incredible. The crew was punctual, professional, hardworking, fast, and reliable. They not only disassembled my furnaces but also reassembled them at the new home, i have never seen any moving serve doing it before.

From the free and quick in-home quote to unloading the last crate, the United Moving Services are the real deal. They price they quoted were really reasonable (it includes truck, gas, wrapping etc.)



I have a large heavy Ethan Allen King sized bed a heavy duty Pottery Barn kid’s bunk bed. I was pretty worried about moving them. But the crew handled it with much ease. They broke down the bed, transported it and build it back. Nothing was damaged. Everything was perfect. They had it wrapped tightly and securely. And they never let me do anything. All i did was telling me what goes where.



I am a 100% satisfied customer. Hats off to the customer service.

Two words i will use to describe them, professional and economical. I have moved a lot but i have never met movers as efficient as these guys are.



If not the move itself, all the packing and wrapping itself is painful. Use these guys to avoid it.



The movers arrived on time. They were professional, respectful, courteous and very careful with my belongings.



The guys packed small items first and kept the larger, heavier items to the last. I was little confused about it. I only became aware of the reason during the unloading. It’s to unload the heavier items first so as to reserve emery and work efficiently. That was so brilliant. They actually had made this into craft.



My bed apartment was moved under 3 hours. and they kept smiling all the time, it actually made it experience fun.



This is so cool and the price was so fair too... Anyone looking for movers hires them. these guys are the best of the

I had used the United Moving Service a few times. All the time the staffs had really worked through to clarify and settle

all points of contract. Ron from the administrative helped fix a price quote and all the plans. Every other staff I

contacted was polite and friendly, willing to assist me any way possible.The movers were had working and very dedicated. They arrived 10 minutes early and impressively stacked up my 1200 sq. ft. loft in just 4 hours. Everything wrapped my nice and tight. However, the delivery was late as the truck broke down. The administrative staffs and the movers were very communicative and let me know about the trouble they encountered. I had played a premium to get delivery at the exact time quoted, but since the truck was delayed, they worked with me to get a reduction in the quote.



They do have an amazing operational and i will definitely use them again.

I hired the United Moving Service for my last move. They have a great communication system. I was able to get an appointment even though they were pretty busy.



The movers were on time and very good with what they did. They were careful with my belongings. Securely wrapping everything. Took special care of fragile things. The crew was easy-going and fun to be around, friendly at the time very professional. I tried to help the movers, but since they were so efficient I didn't have to.



Even the truck they bought was nice and reliable.



I am very happy with my experience. Will use them again.
