United Moving Services

I chose United Moving services for my move a couple of months back. The thing I was most pleased with that I was quoted 2 days to receive my belongings and that was right on target. The crew was excellent & polite. They really did a great job, especially dealing with me & my worries. They took their time but only with my fragile items, everything else moved right along. No damages, proficient, and done in a timely manner! The day was dreary and my items were wrapped & blankets were put over my furniture for more protection. I couldn't have asked for anything more for my move but for the next time I move, to have the same great experience! Thank you so much!!!!!!

I am never really big on leaving reviews, but after using United Moving Services I had to. They were fabulous! I really wish I could give them more stars. They were very receptive to my concerns and helped me through this whole entire move. Anytime I needed answers or assistance with something they were more than willing to help me out. They let me express my concerns and never once cut me off or belittled me. I had called and received numerous calls for moving quotes, where I felt pushed and in a bullied. Not with these guys and gals. When the time of my move came, the movers arrived within the time frame I was given. The movers were very friendly and cared for my belongings. You read so many horrid reviews online and I was terrified! It is nice to know moving companies that care about their customers and their belongings do exist. If you want to go with the best, go with United Moving Services. You will not regret it.

We had to move. We’re getting to that age where it just makes more sense to hire someone. We looked for different movers and chose United Moving Services. They were an excellent choice for us. The customer service rep on the telephone was very professional and she knew her stuff. The driver and 2 movers were great. They arrived a little earlier than expected (which was great) and they had a very professional attitude. They got the job done in 5 hours (we have a lot of stuff) and everything was put where we wanted it. Hopefully this is our last move but we would most definitely contact and use them again if we need to move. Thank you for the GREAT service.

Our moving experience with United Moving was great. Aleksander and his team did an outstanding job packing up in IL. The delivery was completed into our St. Louis home, easy and efficient. All of the guys on the truck were extremely courteous and polite. They cared and they wanted to get it right. It was amazing to witness an up-scale service, for the price of an average service. I now know that United Moving holds the highest standard for service when comparing them to any other moving company. I know we’ll be moving again and the only company we would think of using is United. I definitely recommended!!!

As a veteran and working for the Army, I do a lot of traveling and a lot of moving. I have dealt with some of the worst companies and have countless items broken/stolen. My dealing with United Moving Services was completely opposite. It was probably the smoothest move I have had in a long time. My fiance was impressed and happy. Everything was as quoted, my fiance and I kept in contact with the staff there, which by the way was impeccable. They were never rude, and always understanding. Never had an issue. I highly recommend their services and will continue using them for every move thereafter. I couldn't believe how quickly they responded to any concerns or questions. I even got a military discount! It's good to see a company who honors their soldiers!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this company is. The driver we had was wonderful. Professional, courteous, prompt, caring and efficient. The load arrived as promised, at the time promised and was unloaded here in Washington with no damage. The crew in Las Vegas was amazing. I had a lot of glass items and they worked incredibly hard packing these items to make sure they arrived safely. They were careful and respectful of our items. Wonderful experience all around.

I had to make a cross country move for my work. A coworker referred me to use United Moving Services said they had moved her and she was very happy with their services. I gave them a call to get an idea of cost and everything, since my company was going to reimburse me for the move. Needless to say I had booked on the spot so this way I wouldn't have to worry about that part of the "who is going to move me?" Moving day arrived and the movers were very professional and honest. Overall, I would say I am extremely satisfied with the level of professionalism and knowledge this company had. Everything was exact in terms of price (we had gone through my inventory on more than one occasion and I could call in to update). I will definitely refer them to everyone I know and since I will most likely have to move again, I will be using their services going forward.

It has been a while since I moved. I recently divorced and of course, the ex-wife got the house. I felt like I needed a change. Divorced after 20 years of marriage and living in the same city I had lived in all my life, I decided I wanted to be somewhere peaceful (something I never got in those 20 years, yap yap yap). I chose the mountains. One might think the switch from LA to the Adirondacks is crazy, for me I thought it was what was missing. Decided to go with United Moving Services after all of the different companies I had spoken to. No they weren’t the cheapest nor the most expensive, but they were honest and didn’t bash other companies (like the other companies had). When I told another company who I had chosen, this other company just tried saying some of the most ridiculous things I had ever heard. A pathetic attempt to get my business, I wound up hanging up on the guy. Not worth the time. Everyone I dealt with at United Moving Services was on top of their game. They knew exactly what they were talking about, answered all my questions, and explained everything in layman’s terms. I got a phone call from dispatch 2 days before my move to give me my pickup time. The day of the move I got a phone call from the driver that they would be pulling up in a few minutes and sure enough they did. The guys arrived and got right to work. They were careful with my belongings and made sure to wrap furniture. As careful as they were they were fast. Off they went and off I drove with my dog (something I actually got to keep from my marriage) to the mountains. Everything arrived in one piece and in a timely manner. I have no complaints at all. If I get sick of the mountains I will definitely have them move me again.

My mother fell ill and I had to move back to my old stomping grounds so time was of the essence. I submitted a request for a quote and received a phone call from United Moving Services. I explained to him my situation and he was very sympathetic and helpful in offering different services that could accommodate my move. After all, I needed to get there immediately and I had NOTHING packed or ready to go. That’s when he told me about the full service pack and I immediately felt at ease, he also assured me I could move in as little as a day or two! It is not like me to not have things ready especially with moving, but this was a desperate time for me. I spent my afternoon checking on the items I would be bringing as my relocation specialist informed me Quality Assurance would give me a call. I asked for a specific time for them to call and sure enough they called right on time! She was very sympathetic to my situation and made sure my family and myself were ok. We went through all of my items and I had made quite a few changes, but she was very patient with me. She advised me of dispatch giving me a call and sure enough they did. They gave me a 2 hour window for pickup and arrived within that two hour time frame. My movers were friendly and efficient. They worked quickly and cautiously and were careful packing and handling my items. Overall, the move was affordable and an all-around good experience. I will definitely use them again!

I cannot begin to thank United Moving Services and their staff enough to help me throughout my move. I have heard so many horror stories and was nervous about the whole move across the country. Everyone I dealt with pretty much held my hand throughout the process. They were knowledgeable and helpful with all of my questions and concerns. I had moved before but this was my first time moving all the way across the country. I am very happy with the services I was provided and really wish I could give them 10 stars. From my relocation guide, to quality assurance, to dispatch, and the movers... all were fantastic. I would highly recommend to everyone I know!

I woke up to 6" of snow on the day of my move. The driver contacted me advising he'd be about 30 minutes late. That stressed me out as I have heard some horror stories regarding cross country moves. With the snow on the ground I decided to be understanding and hoped for the best. The driver arrived about 35 minutes later to my relief. The rest of the day went smoothly. Thankfully. It took about 3 hours to load all of my belongings and off they went. I felt bad that the movers had to load the truck in the freezing cold weather with the snow still falling but they didn't seem to mind. I received my stuff 6 days later in sunny Florida. Stress free move except for waking up to 6" of snow. Don't hesitate to use this company. A+ all the way!!!

Not much to say. My move was pretty uneventful as everything occurred as it was supposed to. The reservations agent was very knowledgeable. Quality Assurance contacted me when they were supposed to. The driver arrived on time and the movers handled my belongings with care. My items arrived in NY after 4 days which was 3 days below the estimated time frame they provided. No complaints at all and I would definitely use United Moving Services again in the future. Thanks guys!
