Whomever was working the front desk on 4/23/15 at 8:00pm is very rude and disrespectful. First of all, they give you ONE roll of toilet paper a day. All the vending machines steal your money, and all I did was call the front desk and POLITELY ask for another roll of toilet paper. Just to be rudely told, "Ugh, I will let them know." Very rude and in a disrespectful manner. Extremely unnecessary! Very disappointed. Definitely will never come to this hotel again. The rooms are very small for the expensive price, rude employees, who are very inattentive. Quite ridiculous.

We had a wonderful night. The staff was very courteous, helpful and knowledgable. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was good and the pillows were very comfy!! The pool was a little cool, but it was still very enjoyable! Fresh baked cookies to enjoy with coffee in the evening and a variety of foods to eat for breakfast. I would definitely recommend staying here and will stay again should the need arise! Thank you for a great experience!

We recently lost a family member in the military and the general manager Mary contacted the funeral home and offered several rooms to the family at no cost. Her generosity was over whelming and the staff at the hotel was very accomodating. She did everything possible to make us feel welcomed and as comfortable as could be. Thank you Mary, you are a kind hearted lady!

I called and was looking for a specific accomodations and I called and spoke with Rebecca. She was extremely helpful and went out of her way to find the accomdations that would suit me , my price range and the service dog that travels with me .. To me that means the world
